The files are the same. You download any of them.
The difference is inside the phone.

I see this says that you have stock Android 7.0 nougat for LG K10 K420N we are talking about the 2016 version of the K10 right? Because when I checked for updates on my phone and LG bridge it didn't say anything about having an update to Android 7.0

BTU and XEU are the CSC codes for Unbranded United Kingdom so yea they're always unbranded
Only possible implications would be different CSCs = different enabled or disabled features / possible network differences but tbh I can't remember reading anyone who has switched over complaining they suddenly can't make calls
Easy enough to flash back and forth so you could test to make sure everything still works

PS this link is not up to date. lgbbs is accurate. Indian EAW & EMW variant is in testing phase. EAW TWN region just received 20a Pie update with June 1st Security update. Indian variant should receive it shortly, based on the trend, next region will be EAW/EMW HKG variant. Indian EMW/EAW will get along with that or right after that.

There is no Pie beta build for Indian EAW version yet.. Only EMW version has received the beta build ..if I am not mistaken..

For carrier unlocked version of the G5 and G6, LG eventually allowed bootloader unlocking. For the G7 ULM (carrier unlocked) LG for whatever reason did not continue that trend and the bootloader remains unlockable just like all the other US variants. Not suprise Google Fi stopped selling all LG phones although my guess is that when V8/V8S/V50 sales are poor they will show up again at firesale prices on Fi as they did last Black Friday.
