I hope in a 4.3 release. is incredible for me that also if the last release of google for nexus 7 3g tilapia is jb4.3, the cyanogen team and also other team they continue to produce exclusively release jb4.2.2. perhaps there is a technical problem to cause this?
Now that the forum is kicking. I have made this INDEX thread. Its just a list to save efforts. I haven't tested any of the stuff provided here. So I won't be responsible for anything. Thread will be updated regularly.

Installation
1)Press Volume up+ Power+Home To Go to Twrp Recovery.
2) Click on wipe , advance wipe, clean cache/Dalvik system, data. And go back.
3) Click on install browse the Pixl Experience file and flash.
4) After All Click on reboot to start the phone.
