Very quietly Mic after repair scree and update firmware. - Xiaomi Mi 4C

Hello.
After repair screen and update firmware (MIUI) - the microphone began to work very quietly during calls.
All microphone tests in service menu passes well (all 3 microphone work is good), except for a test call (the voice is heard very badly).
Rollback firmware and https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=72875822 - did not give anything.
Please - help me.

Low/no mic issue: Fixed

My old Sensation - passed down to a relative - had an earlier Viper rom. After they accidentally smashed the touch screen, we got it repaired and, somewhere between that and upgrading firmware/rom, the mic issue appeared i.e. the in-caller could not hear what was said at our end.
After sending it off to get a new mic it still didn't work!
Video recording was fine but Voice Recorder or In-Call, NO.
In desperation I spent the best part of 3 hours reverting firmware and roms until finally I got the mic working again with good old CoreDroid 6.0 albeit a bit low/under water. Then I put the latest firmware on and hey presto it's working again. Still not for voice recorder but we can live with that.
(Makes me wonder how many microphones are there!).
Just goes to show that some issues may not be just hardware failures!

Mice issue!!! (only phone calls issue)

On my phone, graet when I'm making a phone call the person on the other end can't hear me clearly and it becomes clear after using the speaker (I mean isn't it the same mic?!) And this doesn't happen all the time (sometimes it's just clear sound without using the speaker and the mic is wotking just fine when using viber & facebook calls or just recording anything). It has to be a softwarsoftware issue. right?!
I just bought the phone and I haven't had the chance to compare mine before and after the 38R update because I just bought it and updates were raining dogs and cats.
Help me guys plzzz
more information
And for ur information I keep getting "restricted access changed" notification.frequently on my status bar.

Headset call issues - other side can't hear me

hi all,
i noticed that during calls with the bundled headset (mh750) after rough 3 minutes the other side suddenly can't hear me, but i can hear them.
the receiver just thinks that the call has dropped.
I tried also another headset (of an old htc pre-android era) but the issues is still there.
googling for some minutes i read that there was a Android 5.0 bug that gives similar issues.
I'm not sure if it's a Hardware (z3's) issue or a software issue (android)
my firmware is 5.1.1 - 23.4.A.0.546 on d6603
Hello,
I have the same issue, after some days i lost the signal, ( with the stock firmware ) the phone was never rooted.
After i send to service, they told me the phone can not be repaired because this is related to mechanical shock, also i lost the warranty.
I'm not sure if this is ture.
Best.

Google now issue. Disable voice activation on any screen setting. Should fix it.

No Voice Transmission during Phone Calls

(Duplicated from previous post as per suggestion by admin. See here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/voice-transmission-phone-calls-t3690651 See Addendum notes)
Hello! Long-time lurker, first time poster.
I have a sudden problem with my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 7.0). Hopefully you bright gentlemen and gentle-ladies can help me:
Approximately 1 week ago (edit: 3 weeks ago), my phone stopped transmitting Voice data on phone calls. I cannot hear what the other user says on their phone, and they cannot hear me, however, pressing number keys DOES transmit the dial-tone to the other user (both ways). It does not matter if I call them or if they call me. It does not matter where I am physically, I have tried in several locations around the city (likely on several towers). It does not matter if they are using a mobile or land-line. (Addendum: Hangouts dialer functions perfectly with the hardware, before and after factory reset(s), Bluetooth headset works with Hangouts but not regular Phone)
During this time, all of my data connections work fine. Texts, Email and Browsing is unaffected. Phone performance is normal.
Since this has occurred, I have:
- Simulated battery disconnect
- Wiped Cache Partition
- Force-stopped the Phone app (all three instances)
- Verified the physical Microphone is working using the Voice Recorder app (it works fine)
- Booted the phone in Safe Mode
- Contacted my service provider to check in there was any problems with my account or transmissions.
- Transferred my Sim card to another device to test if my card/connection was ok. (Voice worked 100% on the secondary device)
- And lastly today (two weeks ago); Completed a Factory Reset
(Addendum:
- Flashed stock firmware from Sammobile via Odin
- Attempted to clean out the Microphones with toothpicks and blunt metal objects, just to be sure
- Plugged in and removed a wired headset as well as checking for debris)
I am sitting here now trying to understand how a hardware problem could possibly cause a failure of Voice encoding on only one app, and how to fix it. Or how a software problem survived the Factory Reset (and Firmware flash) into the fresh install. I did indeed try without any 3rd party apps being installed, without even adding my Google or Samsung accounts to the phone, just plain old Android; no dice.
Any suggestions?
I recall one fixing another phone that had a problem with its Capacitive Touch Screen being not sensitive enough/not reading presses problem by accessing a special menu that allowed me to re-download the driver. Is there anything like that for the Voice? (Addendum - I have looked at all the star ** codes available for this model and tried several, nothing has worked so far)
Thanks!
Thoughts today (Oct 31/17): I am not sure that flashing a custom rom is really what may fix the phone. I am willing to do so, but it is somewhat frowned upon by Canadian carriers (or at least it used to be). I was curious if it was a problem with Noise Cancellation or an SD Card problem as those are issues brought up when googling the issue. My current plan is to flash to a stock Android 6.0.1 and see if the phone works then. If so, then try the standard upgrade path. Any suggestions will be helpful!
