The ROM is not in English It's in Chinese
I flashed it and cannot set it up because it's chinese. How do I switch the language ?

Ok, so I didn't press the green or blue button, I pressed the button on the bottom right and this skips setting up your phone and ends the installation and your in ColorOS. The way you change from there the language is go to Settings and then find the picture with the keyboard, once you click that you will see USA ENGLISH.. click that and your OS is transformed into English Language. They only problem that I am encountering is that my mobile data is not active. I have no service through my carrier I think the reason what is causing this is that I skipped the installation. If I go to settings and go to mobile data I see it as enabled but it's not. Is it only me or does anybody else have this issue ?

Rom very smooth and everything work fine for me.....but problem with @albinoman887 kernel deep sleep.After full charge I checked through Wakelock Detector apk . Total Awake time 2 h 25 m

Screen on 14 m 20 s

I already do this...I download the Link2SD and uninstall the Google+ and now its fine, but I don't know why the ROM drains a lot of Battery..

Rzr...how did u install this rom? By that i mean, when u boot up the smartphone, how do u proceed ? What I get is all chinese language, no english And if I hit the button on the lower right, it ends the setup and then my mobile data doesn't work - i don't have service. Any help on this would be much appreciated !

His port is completely fair, as he specified that it is an updated version. Your port nd his port, both are unofficial so in case of that another port is allowed.
If someone posted an Official version nd then after him someone posts unofficial then that's wrong nd not allowed. But since both of you have done unofficial works so it's fine.
AICP, RR, AOSP can't be posted anymore since it has official support but all other roms can be ported & posted by anyone with updates.
Even you posted RR 5.7.1 based on MShoaib's work.

clean flash ur rom and install any gapps which is mentioned in 2nd post of this thread then see error is coming or not. just only only two things clean (catch + data) flash and install mentioned gapps.

At TWRP WIPE, Do not choose "factory reset: If you do not wipe system you are wasting your time - there is a lot of old gapps and other junk from previous roms in there.
Choose Advanced and check Dalvik/ART, System, Data, Cache. ONLY!!!! Do not check Internal storage or SDcard unless you really know what you are doing - TWRP backups are out there!
Choose "Set up as New" during the install or you bring in whatever junk is on your google drive. And you will have no idea where your problems are coming from!

tapping "close app" and toast just re-appears. Impossible to answer or decline call.
tapping "Mute until device restarts" causes toast to not pop on future incoming calls. - reboot and first incoming call will NOT be answered.
Solution for now. Do not set "Wave to silence" to ON.

@puma1363 I repeat - I believe your crash is the result of not wiping correctly or not choosing "set up as new" during install.

Fixed: I just edited the gapps-config file so that it included Pixel Launcher, then reflashed the super gApps and it works fine now

I think the is only a kid because he cant follow directions and im surprised he was even able to flash it in the first place...no offense intended.
PS: i didnt trust others so i compiled my own gapps for this one and it worked just fine

rom oreo linage 15..good..bat is bug wave to silence..Liang 15 is a good guy. But it needs more work. The fault of the wave to silence.. .. There was no personalization of the status bar not saport gapps mini stock and up.. Double tab to lock. It's better to use the lingap 14.1 for a very stable ending.linage 14.1 is update weekes beter and beter..It's best to wait a bit more to get the full 15 Ram updates and get new updates.

Maybe clean flashing wasn't necessary. I faced this issue when I installed Lineage OS 15 and it was solved by Going to Settings > System > Gestures and disabling call-related actions.

Whenever Im in Some App and a Call comes.
Then I grt a popup 'Advanced Settings has stopped working'.
Then I get another popup saying 'Factory Reset'
Then boots in TWRP Recovery

fiui has a good interface.

I doubt that anyone will work on it. If possible, I'd say that you should really upgrade. The S Duos is just too old at this point.

Looks like this ROM has a little problem, I am getting stuck in bootloop .......... Must be because of framework-res . You can Try and I will try to fix the bug ( Take a backup and install via TWRP)

I cant try because currently my phone's battery is dead and it will take an hour to charge as i had already upgrade to sony a year ago because of it's os variety !

Lol you zipped the folder 2 times that's why updater-binary was not found .Solved by extracting and zipping the subdirectory.
But the rom is unusable repeated force close messages about fiui settings and other system apps

merged kernel upstream to 3.18.115 and device specific changes with new aex bootanimation(replacing dark pixel bootanimation)... thanks to @Jayant_Deshmukh...

One difference is, official ROM is treble build... But it doesn't

default snap cam is okay... u can use gcam by urkill and config it... you'll get the best cam...

The ROM dont have app sms some one have any zip?

you can install android message from play store... more functionality than normal message app... working on it... i'm trying to fix torch toggle problem... will provide positive output by next update....

hope many of are using the latest build... the latest build is test build and will finally update the latest build by few hours after testing...
though test builds are also stable, i was testing with bringing messaging app and torch fixing from other sources(still not fixed) and many upstreams.... this coming build will be fixed from everything except torch (sorry guys for that ... ;( ).... else all are fixed...
