Miui 8 is Android 6.0.1 without major bugs unlike other CM13 roms.

You need to flash lollipop baseband only if you are on kitkat Camera works fine

Wifi, bluetooth, hotspot, camera, all works fine.
Can I install Google Play?

Camera works fine, Anti Banding in camera setting must set to off.
For google play, just install Google Installer.apk and follow the steps.

It has root access in menu Security-->Permissions
But the default root access doesn't support Titanium Backup, if you want to use TB you must install SuperSU.apk, don't flash SuperSU via recovery, it will cause boot error.

Yes, this new rom is better than old

I hope the camera works, and video recording, WIFI, LTE and so on will be working perfectly.

Does any1 know if camera is working on update 27? and i dont know if it was happening with others but after install i get launcher force close all the time, so the only way to use it is by installing another launcher

Strange, I don't encounter any problems with the latest update. The camera works fine.
Nice works : free themes for download, sound tone online is official.

How to flash latest MIUI firmware ( basebond, bootloader, etc..but without recovery) ?

1. Disable adaptive brightness.
2. You can enable on-screen navbar in the Buttons settings, it shows up for me.
3. That's an error on Lineage.
4. Reboot after enabling it.

After the reboot the double tap started to work.

After rebooting and playing with the language settings on screen navbar setting showed up. Weird, but happy that it works.

I installed the lineageos yesterday, when some notifications with the locked device arrive, they are black and white and the block screen is black, I do not know if this is a bug or not, but I'll post it.
I can't install pixel launcher,device not supported.
Except this all works fine on my mi4c 2GB.

It's called Ambient Display.. you can disable it in Display settings.

Yes if you're on lollipop bootloader.

Datafix for Aurora Note 5 port V7 ROM

After a lot of try with another datafix including #petbede datafix, my phone doesn't regconize SIM and cannot registered network.
If it has, always show "System UI has stopped".
i just sent a little of time and make datafix for my phone, and thanks god, it's worked. I want to share with all of you.

I flash the rom with your procedure but when i reboot the rom and click on the app drawer now the phone has rapidly power off and not on with power button until I connect the charger plz give me any solution to resolve this? sory for my bad eng!

Did you follow the instruction in OP ? Just update kernel to Ram kernel to RC 3 or clean install the rom, flash all zip file i had told in OP.

i just update some link, trying download and reflash again.This rom work flawless and i use it for daily use.

bootloader and modem version : DQC1 or newer.
The video library apk has been removed from the rom, if you want to play video, open gallery and click on it, Video player will running. If you want video library appeared in app drawer again, try downloading on apk mirror and install it like a normal app.

Not Sure Sir.. I Was Only Using Resurrection Remix, So Didn't Get The Chance To Test On MiUi..

It works on 7.8.10 but you have to enable api 2 through the build.prop. But then you might have problems with hdr with stock camera. It's not a big deal. Worth trying

First of all this app works but the functions don't... No HDR... No HQ... No Manual mode... Yes I know the options are there but they don't work just a dummy... Anyways still a good feat to get the app to work

I saw ur video and I found out that it's not... Ur HDR is not even on... Can you adjust the manual controls? I have experiment it... When u enable Camera2Api HDR will be available and works but when u disable it won't work u can't even turn it on. I've been also tested on OP3T camera app.

So, I Came To Know HDR Has Bug.. Sometimes Works Sometimes Not..

Ok, the Pixel Experience Plus 9.0 (GSI build) boots now (very fast) without problem. Some issues need to be fixed ! (fingerprint and sound)
Everything else is working : wifi, bluetooth, call, camera, etc ...

It's stable ... everything is working. Only the fingerprint doesn't work !

Is the camera2api in Level 3? or is it still in full with this rom?

Probably will support if we add this lines in build prop, but I'm not sure will instagram and other apps work with Level_3 enabled. Since phone support camera2 api at full, there is good chance everything will work without problems with l_3 ?

no there is one in the zip but different so you can boot GSI builds. It's not like the stock one.

@gringo80 one last question: what are the partitions that are safe to wipe before flashing the gsi rom ?
(In my OP7pro if you wipe the system partition, the phone gets hardbroken. I learned it the hard way..)

Wipe only data (see OP for more)
Don't wipe /vendor and /system (ramdisk inside!)
