i9105p 4.1.2 Stock ROM? please share, thanks... - Samsung Galaxy S II Plus

Hi guys,
am looking for i9105p stock 4.1.2 ROM, i have googled (e.g. xda, samdb.org, etc.) for long but those files I have downloaded are all corrupted or cannot be unpacked for flashing. up to now, I have got only a french 4.2.2 working but i need 4.1.2.
i understand our i9105p is aged, if you do have a copy, please share with me. i mostly use english interface so any country / region rom with english should be fine for me. thanks much in advanced.
:good:
BTW, those zip files i have downloaded are with .tar.md5. i simply rename .tar.md5 to .tar but it cannot be extracted by WinZip/WinRar/7-Zip. of course cannot be read by odin, any hint? Or they are all corrupted as said above?
later, i have got a 4.1.2 from a chinese website, it works but it is in fact a mod with full of garbage junk apps inside, fuxk!!! try NOT to get those from chinese websites!

What is your provider ? I'll make some search about it
I found somthing
It is a list of all the stock roms by country
samsdroid.com/2011/11/samsung-galaxy-ace-s5830-stock-rom.html
i downloaded the rom from samsdroid transfered to sd but when i tried to flash it (in CWM) ,there was no such file shown...!! what should i do!!??
maybe it was a tar file meant for flashing thru odin??
Did the file that you downloaded has a .zip file extension behind ? , if it doesn't , add in the .zip . Sometimes , CWM can't detect because mainly of the file extension . It might also be of your antivirus , i've heard of some cases , that people's antivirus started randomly deleting files off , thinking that they're malware and viruses .

What to do next after deodexing?

Hi all,
I've tried this tool package [Script/Tool][Windows]>>Auto-Deodexer 4.3<<[All Android Versions] and it worked fine but there's no specific instruction on how to flash/install it back to my phone. Can someone guide me on what to do next?
I'm done with the very last instruction but have no idea what to do with the generated "ROM" folder
"When done, copy the modified files (in the zipaligned__ folders) back to the original app and framework directories in the "ROM" directory"
I'm fairly new to doing this deodexing thing on my own, I usually just flash roms that are already deodexed but sadly this new phone doesn't have support yet from the experts.
Thank you in advance.

Which phone are you using??
Its better don't go further if you hav no experience with this.. doing wrong or for first time will create some mistakes and will create problems...
Thums up if you are ready to take all responsibility and go further there are many guides around XDA to cook your ROM
Tel the clear information of your device... I.e. device name, android version..

Yes I would really like to learn how to cook my own rom from my rom dump and integrate the deodexed system there.
I've successfully loaded the deodexed framework and apps and removed .odex files via adb. Phone working fine after all that.
Thanks!

I think i can do what your asking, i have 1 issue though. When i extract the firmware i'm missing the hidden.img which i think is used for the csc. I can use cygwin to make them. I'll give it a shot if you want to try them. Do you have a backup if things go bad?
hey Mike thanks for your response, yes i do have the back if something goes wrong. let me know if are able to do it thanks
Ok, just getting to work. Give me a bit and I'll make the files and post some drop box links to them.
two of the files are quite large so i cant post link via drop box. it only has 2gb storage. Im uploading them now thru mega. It will take awhile to upload. when done ill post links

CSC https://mega.nz/#!tRRWTKzb!Z-n6sWN09XyZ849GT5jFoX5rOjazY3VlsOuiVC9t5yQ
I'm not sure about the CSC file. For what ever reason there wasn't a hidden.img in firmware. So CSC was not repacked with hidden.img. Let me know if they worked. I'm somewhat new to Android tinkering in general.
hey mike thanks brother I been searching the web and forgot I had posted here. I'm about to download and let you know if it works
Why is your CSC file 4gb?
I must have repacked it with cache img and system img on accident. I believe it should be repacked with the cache img and hidden img. But upon extracting that Verizon firmware, the hidden img wasn't in there.

is possible tar.md5 to custom tar.md5?

Hi guys, i have a question...
Is possible create a custom rom (remove vendor apps) from XXXXXXXX.tar.md5 file downloaded from sammobile and make your own tar.md5 flasheable Odin file?
For example:
Original firmware:
XXXXXX.tar.md5
1.5 Gb
Removing vendor apps:
XXXXXX_my_firm.tar.md5
800 mb
I am interested in doing this without custom recovery, not zip flashable file, and not root.

Yes, you can do this, but things have changed a bit since this guide was written, you'll have to do some research to see what things have changed in this process from kit kat up to the current available android version. There have been some stock security changes that this guide doesn't cover and won't work with these new securities, but you should be able to figure out how to make this work with those securities if you learn to look in the right places.

This will help you create the .tar, you'll just have to figure out how to make the changes you want to make. You'll mostly be working with your system.img once you get it extracted.

Or any advice to make a pac file convert to zip file using android since I don't have a pc.. thanks for anyone who can help me, it is much appreciated..
