First time installing crDroid to your Redmi Note 4, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery ( TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
You need to flash GApps every-time you flash the ROM.
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

Very good ROM! Best 8.1 i've tried! Every thing works fine for me. Root with magisk, instal viperfx... UI is really good (I love the wite and blue style!) thank you very mutch!

Nice to see crdroid oreo. Lots of bugs as expected since this is a beta -
1. No settings for hardware button
2. Phone bootloops if you edit QS tiles.
3. Faced 1 network reset.
Excited to see this ROM being maintained as well as the Nougat build!

Does this rom lags when phone wakes up from many hours of inactivity and opens data or wifi ?

bro please understand the things. u have encrypted ur phone, thats why it is asking password for every boot. the only fix is to completely format ur device. and to avoid encryption in future always make sure that u r not setting password at the setup wizard time.
make sure u transfered the necessary files to an external drive before going for complete format.

I did not check the downloads because i don't want to install this ROM (for now!). But for obvious reasons, such as many people will start asking if the build is treble enabled, which will fill the thread with unnecessary questions, that's why i suggested to be mentioned in the title!

The crashing is due to recovery , I used stock gapps with gapps-config installation....and it is quite better than aroma actually....

So OTA isn't exactly OTA, just a notification for new build which needs to be manually installed with TWRP or am i missing something?
Btw, good work, everything works flawlessly on previous build and battery life for me is way better than on any other ROM and i tested almost every ROM for Mi A2.

Flash rom on slot where you flashed previous build then go to other slot and flash gapps and magisk. Everything without wipes. That's called "dirty flash".

This Rom was no created by me, im not a developer, im only try to share a very good experience with this Treble Rom on my device N970F,
This crDroid version is based on Android 10 released by Google on September 3, 2019

Pre requirements
1. You need to unlock bootloader
2. TWRP
3. Q baseband [Tested on CTC7 Baseband]
3. Tested on N970F Device with Exynos Soc
Link to download Rom https://sourceforge.net/projects/treblerom/files/crDRom/ and select ARM64AB
Instructions:
1. Enter in Recovery (Turn off device, hold volume + button and bixby button at the same time)
2. Go to Wipe and slide to swipe to factory reset
3. Go to Install and select "Install Image" and select the rom crdroid-6.5-arm64ab-200423-vanilla-v215.image an then select partion to flash image" chose as system image and slide co confirm flash
4. Reboot and configure the Rom
5. Enter in Recovery again to install the gapps https://opengapps.org/
6. Go to Advance wipe and select system and press the button " Repair or chanfe File System"
7. Go to main menu and select the gapps to install
8. Reboot and Enjoy

I will try this as soon I have found out to install TWRP in the right way on N975F with the latest CTC9/CTCA/CTC7 stock rom. Flash TWRP is working, but every time when I want to boot after installing GSI.... stuck in boot logo. I will ask that in the right thread and not here. It has something to do with my knowledge and vbmeta.

Stuck on logo if not wrong is need to Formatt system

Very nice, used CrDroid on many previous devices.

How is the audio compared with one ui cuz last time i used lineage os 17.1 audio was terrible which made me switch back to stock

Is not as good as One UI, but is enough.

In ur opinion which one is better in term like batter performance !?

The link shows LosQ at the top of the list. Is this still CrDroid or do we need to get the one from 10 days ago?
