I own a J7 J700M with Onkiller ROM (Nougat) and I want to know if I could and if it's secure to go back to stock Marshmallow or Lollipop if I want to, and how to do this? Thanks in advance.

I am new to Galaxy S6 and i want to have AOD in my S6. but i need some hel.
i am on stock 7.0 nougat and Rooted. which Kernel i can flash to have AOD and is it ok to flash a Kernel over stock 7.0?
