feel bad
On my PH-1 with Magisk 17.3, installing the launcher trips SafetyNet, which means I'm unable to use apps like Snapchat and services like Google Pay. Any fix?

That's because if you look at the module... It's a hot mess...
I would highly recommend no one flash this until it's been gone through... It puts literal **** in places where it doesn't belong...

Can confirm, passing safety net now.
Would it be possible to get this module working with other launchers like the modded pixel launcher? Or maybe the ruthless pixel launcher?

Not quite. You have a magisk-module-template folder in there. Also, you should fill in the README and add your module name to the Installation Message in config.sh.

This is my personal module and I won't make a module repo.
I won't add any features so don't ask lol.
Will work with Quickswitch if you want to use another launcher with pie recents.
All files were added, made, compiled by me. This isn't a copy module and paste from other module zips.
All xmls are clean with only needed required entries.
If me sharing this is a problem @ op I can remove. Just thought I would share.

This one works almost perfectly.
On my PH-1 with the January update, I had to manually reinstall Digital Wellbeing because the one embedded in the package makes the Settings app crash upon scrolling

Lol sorry about that. The app in the zip is the shipped one from the pixel 3 xl system img. I want to keep all zip files to system img to retain stability. Once you update manually and or from playstore it will work from settings.
Quickswitch can be used to replace this module by the looks of it. I have quickswitch with pie recents working perfectly with lawnchair now, without using any of the modules in this thread.

I adjusted the theme overlay apk priority to 98 instead of 99 to be compatible with the Quickswitch overlay apk when both are installed side by side.

Can you integrate all goodlock apps in the badlock launcher? i.e. when you open the badlock launcher, to show all the goodlock apps, not just the task manager, the quicklock, routines and lockstar, but also the edge touch sensitivity, the one hand operation and the edge lightning (rather than having to open them separately as individual apps)?

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLOCKFACE-----
1) To use ClockFace, sideload this APK. You will also need the latest version of the Always On Display installed which can be found here.
2) Go to Settings then select Lock screen and security.
3) Tap the Clock and FaceWidgets option, then select Clock style.
4) In the options, Clock style will show all of the default options. At the end of the list, you will see a new icon (pictured below).
5) When you select that, you will be able to select one of the 29 new designs for the clock and Always on Display.
6) Once you select an option, you have to make sure you click Apply in the top right corner, then Done to make sure it’s applied.
7)The clock styles also allow you to change the color of the clock. The colors can be set to adaptive, which is the default and the color will change depending on the wallpaper. It also has options for static and rainbow colors.

Great work and awesome features ! but, after installing V2 , the phone became laggy, and the screen make random selection without touching the screen. After uninstalling everything and back to stock or V1, everything works great. My device is S8+ SnapDragon ( G955W).

Try clearing cache and data for the app & reapply - No issues on my S8+ SM-G955W or my S9+ SM-G965W

How can i find this apk ?
Great collection of applications for Samsung devices.
A few suggestions and buggs:
- Is it possible to show the apps only in the Badlock/Goodlock launcher? I got the Edgelightning+ in both the normal drawer as in the Badlock launcher
- After updating V1 to V2 none of the settings were saved/re applied. I had to re apply the settings of both taskchanger and lockstar
- The settings of Edgelightning+ are not really applying? I have Edgelight on and applied to all apps available but none seems to trigger the effect. I've seen only SnapChat been able to trigger edgelight
Hi, i have a strange problem. I install everything and works just fine (i only use task changer), but after some time, everything gets disabled.
I mean that the apps are getting disabled (frozen if you are familiar with titanium backup).If i re-enable them, they work fine for a short period.
Does anyone know why does it happen?

What is NiceLock?
This app is only an alternative to main Good Lock app for the regions that it is officially unavailable.

I have installed on my Note 9 with android 9
When i use LockStar, after applied the theme for Lockscreen, i don't see the clock on my lockscreen.
When I uninstalled all the modules after this problem, I still did not have a clock on my Lockscreen

i think it save the preset to system (samsung-experience)
try reinstall lockstar -> disable then uninstall ... see if it revert lockscreen back
when i launch lockstar (with nova-launcher shortcut widget) for first time, it ask permission for storage
so try give storage permission to lockstar and see if it fix ur issue
although i dont think nicelock problem with lockstar
but u can try "nova-launcher widget-shortcut" method and see if u still experiencing same issue lockstar

its not region-lock like good-lock-modules, it avaiable worldwide on galaxy-store afaik
there is even on playstore (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.android.soundassistant)

1. Can you add a text to indicate if the app is installed or not at the far right of each app in the list. For example, if Navstar is installed "Installed" text at the far right of the icon will show and if no "Not install" text will show.
2. Not installed apps, click on them will open galaxy store to their page for users who can install them to install.

Implemented number 2. If the app is not available, IT goes to galaxy store. But 1 is a bit difficult for me. Make sure to check out new version through playstore.

DarQ provides a per-app selectable force dark option for Android 10 and above.
It uses a root or Shizuku (ADB) service to apply the theme seamlessly and quickly, without needing an accessibility service.
DarQ also provides an option to apply the system dark theme (as well as selectable force dark) only after sunset and before sunrise, protecting your eyes when it's most needed.

DarQ 2.0 is a complete, from scratch rewrite of DarQ, with a lot of improvements:
DarQ 2.0 has an entirely new design, with Material You elements and Monet (wallpaper-based) colours.
The ADB script is now gone, and instead Shizuku handles the service on non-root devices. If you don't know what Shizuku is, think of it like a Superuser app for non-root devices. Start Shizuku via ADB on a computer (or even on your phone on Android 11 and above) once per boot, and any app that uses Shizuku can use ADB services.
The Accessibility Service has been replaced with a ProcessObserver, using the Shizuku/Root service. This is much quicker than Accessibility, so apps that previously were opening too quick to be supported may now work.
Improvements to the auto dark theme at sunrise/sunset to work better on different devices.
Improvements to the Xposed module for apps that try to block the use of force dark, preventing them from doing so.

This is awesome already!! Few apps that I use very often that it did not work with: whatsapp, maps, google search
Unfortunately not working for me. Root & accessibility access given. DP4, GSI on a treble enabled device.
Toggling 'Enable Dark Theme' has no effect & 'Force Dark Theme' option won't let me toggle the switch but it shows 'Restart any apps to apply this change' message when tapped.
I selected some apps & toggled force dark manually from dev settings but the selections don't seem to apply that way too.

Not unless Google themselves add this. This app only activates the built in dark mode force which isn't full black

It activated whatever dark mode the app can support. I have some black and some dark. No choice between them, but some are black. It depends how the app is built. I have a few news apps that go black, and few others are dark.

There was a comparison done between full black and grey dark implemented by google recently. Practically, there is no difference in battery consumption for the two. But if you like the full black for aesthetics, then you are out of luck.

What's Not Working?
When updating the contacts app to be more modern, I changed the old static pink FAB button to use the more modern FAB widget, but in doing so I broke the ability to add a new contact via the FAB button. I'm working on a fix for this, and will update when it's been fixed.
Some colors choices in the apps could be better IMO, and I am working on fixing them up, but due to a lack of documentation it's really poke and guess work. It'll just get better over time!

I'm really just a hobbyist here, just poking and tinkering around, and thought that maybe some other people would enjoy this build that I've been working on. I'm working on uploading my source code, but actually working on the code is a higher priority than creating and adding remotes to everything I've been poking on.
If anyone is curious how I've been working on the AOSP apps, check my github. I'll be uploading more code there, probably tonight because I know it makes people iffy to flash without source.
The builds are signed with public keys, I haven't bothered to sign them yet. Like I said, this is a small project.

How to use?
For ease of use, I've prepared a zip file of the latest gsf. gms, and vending (play store)
the apks are numbered, just install gsf-1.apk, then gms-2.apk, and then open the vending folder and install SAI
open SAI and use the app file picker to select the other 5 apk files in the vending folder and click install
that's it! You're using sandboxed play services. Just open play store and log in.
Oh! and don't forget to go visit the permissions and let google know what they can have access too

Sorry about the wait. I've gotten tied up trying to make the volumeUI panel blurred correctly, turns out it's in 3 separate parts and I've only gotten the 1 middle section with the actual volume slider blurring.
Pesky lil' bugger.
Have you been running this rom? I'm curious to see if you think it feels faster since switching to Jemalloc

No need to apologize, you are doing me a favor. I haven't tried it yet, I was waiting for the Gapps version.
I do dearly apologize, as I can't seem to get gapps to build into the ROM anymore. When adding gapps and building the final system image, it is telling me the vendor directory is too large. I'm working on getting it fixed currently, but i also had some important software for one of my clients break today, so I just been a little busy.
Thanks for considering to try my ROM though! You should be able to flash the non-gapps (latest) version and then just install gapps through recovery it'll work the same.

Ok, I will give it a try that way.
So I got the volumeUI blurred fully now.
I like it but the background is always in it's expanded size, and I don't know if that's intentional and how it works, and my code is blurring something that should be hidden, or if the large size is a result of my added code. I'm in the process of figuring it out still, but this is how it looks

Oh, I guess it's because I attempted to build the release version without signing it. I'll re-build the debug version and update the link.

This one works. But contacts and recents list lags when sliding.
Could you please provide instructions on how to flash your ROM? The lineage wiki mentions a recovery file but I've been unable to find one and the only way I ever got LOS19 to work was by flashing over 18. Thanks.
EDIT: Nevermind, I found a custom recovery and will attempt it later today.

Yeah, the listview in the app has performance issues when scrolling fast. I've been looking into other app issues but that is next on my list.
Imo though it's so much better that stock it's worth it
