Am from india and my uncle is planning to visit USA. If he brings Nexus 5 from playstore in USA and bring it to India, will SimCards from India work on it??
Yes it will since they are unlocked and usually have the 2100 band for 3G speeds

Not only will the sim cards work but the they sell a optional Dongle-USB interface for power and extra storage. Perfect :fingers-crossed:
My friend is posting one for me from India is that going to work in the UK with 3 network or EE
Does it work? I am in the UK on Three and am thinking of buying one.
Thanks
I think LTE isnt working in Europe, 3g and 2g should be fine. I'm going to buy one next week , i'm from germany and there is a german "store" where i buy it
There is a post in general section abt a guy who bought the phone now has problem using 3g/LTE
I advice you all to check the bands that ur carrier work on and the bands this phone works on to avoid problems
Refer to the other post for band information or google them
Will the phone work in India if i buy an unlocked version form US?
This may seem silly because OnePlus Nord is sold in UK as well so there is no need to buy it from India. But there is a bit of a price difference that makes it around £80 cheaper to buy in India and I can purchase it there when I visit soon (all precautions taken during travel of course, given the current situation). So with that said, will the Indian version work in UK? Will it be compatible with the networks here? Is there any downsides? I guess I can expect VoLTE to not work as per another thread. Is that it?
Otherwise, I shall avoid being such a cheapskate and buy it from UK!
India version has all bands needed to work in UK. Specifically band n78 for 5G that is currently used by UK operators. Volte , yes will depend but there should be ways to make it work. Flashing EU build may be one option.
Would an iqoo 7 bought in India work in the US? What networks would be supported?
