I think the title of the post is misleading. The Oreo update has only been seen on Nokia 8. Juho Sarvikas has announced it only for Nokia 8 officially, as of yet. No other Nokia variant has got Oreo as of right now. Maybe we'll get it soon but it definitely hasn't started "hitting Nokia 6". Some people haven't even received monthly patches yet.

HMD Global just made a lot of Nokia fans super happy and excited as they open up beta sign-ups for Android 8.0 Oreo system update for the Nokia 6 through Nokia Beta Labs. This means, HMD Global will be rolling out the official Oreo update very soon and to finish that up, they need all the help and feedback from existing Nokia 6 users.
Nokia Beta Labs previously offered Android 8.0 Oreo Beta for the Nokia 5, and now with today’s update, Nokia 6 users can get a taste of Oreo as well. When is Nokia 8 getting a new Camera app? Similar to the Camera app received by Nokia 6 and Nokia 5 after the Android Oreo update.
I still see the old camera UI, even after installing Android 8.1 Oreo.
As I wrote here, they haven't yet released the new version on Nokia 8 because on those two devices, on which it's already present, has given some problems that they want to solve. The Nokia 8 will directly receive the fixed version. This at least as much as the Italian customer support has reported to me.
Can anyone suggest me which google camera version will be good in Nokia 7 Plus TA-1046 model
