Multiple regions have had the Oreo firmware KDZs available for over a month now. Including the one you linked. There are already multiple threads about these, which is why searching is a great idea.

Here is the news, firmware currently not uploaded to sammobile:
http://www.sammobile.com/2015/03/12/unlocked-galaxy-s4-gets-lollipop-update-in-france/
Very good news
Article doesn't mention anything about the exact model...
Take this news with a pinch is of salt. The same site that posted this news also posted that the update was available in the UK a while ago but just linked to the OA7 files.

Unfortunately the news is a mistake, the update that the person from sammobile is talking about is for HTC ONE M7 not for Galaxy S4.

Where did You get this info?
It's obvious. The version number is a giveaway. Samsung doesn't have version numbers like that.
What a fail from sammobile... Atleast they should know that this kind of versions doesnt belong to samsung, and update size for samsung is little bit bigger around 1gb

Good Morning, My Name is Marcos and I'm from Colombia. I bought the Honor 8 in December and I've installed the Nougat beta and I had a mistake, I did make a factory reset and erase all system, now, I have Nougat beta and I don't find the MM full firmware for my model (FRD-L04C605B120 is the original firmware). In this moment, I don't have bluetooth, in Huawei Colombia tell me that they don't have the firmware yet so...I've flashing another ROM`s but nothing. Can Anybody help me to find the firmware? I've searching in too many pages but nothing. Thank You.
Excuse me for my english.

Download the team MT app from the play store.
That will give you firmware packages.
There is also a thread on the Honor 8 RoMs and recoverys threads.
If you look on there you will find the down loads and instructions.
Another option is to Google MoDaco Honor 8
There are all the downloads and guides there to

Yeah you can install the firmware specific to your provider when switching providers. There's a guide here - https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s8+/how-to/snap-guide-flashing-standard-fw-carrier-t3627255

Hi
Today I got software update bump to V10J with size of 980MB. Initial log says phone and system improvements.
But lets wait for full log
I installed this yesterday. Didn't notice any changes other than some third party music players now forced to down-sample content.
so should we upgrade it?
The update I received
V10j-SEP-23-2017
Size:940 MB
I've been seeing so many update threads but the SEA variant of the 990DS just isn't getting it yet, and that's a little upsetting. I guess cause it was quick to get the July update its gonna fall behind this time.

Thought almost all the 3rd party music apps always down sampled music anyhow
Is it possible to safely update H990DS AMA 10g firmware to e.g. H990DS ESA 10j with LGUP?

I'd use KDZ Writer in @emdroidle 's relevant thread in the dev section and get the KDZ from lg-firmwares.com

Read the OP in the KDZ Writer thread. It's designed to only update parts of the system that need updating. Worst case if you're worried, do a full TWRP backup beforehand. That site has SEA KDZs. Might not be the very latest version, but they have them as it's what I originally flashed on my phone before using KDZ Writer to switch to TWN. If it works and you're without your language, just add it in settings
And be sure to thank @emdroidle for making things like this possible.

Check the utility HiSuite by Huawei, Smart Device Manager - http://consumer.huawei.com/minisite/HiSuite_en/index.html
I am not sure that the current version also supports system software downgrading. Good luck to you.
