I have a similar issue but I have managed to hard reset and it now starts up like a new phone would until it gets to Google account page where it asks us to put in daughters google credentials that was used on the phone before the reset only trouble is me and my partner can't remember the credentials so we are unable to use the phone, is there anyway we can bypass this TIA

P30 "custom android version" carrier overnight update

Hello there,
I was searching on the web how to remove "custom android version" exp(Orange_Software.EU 9.1.0.7(LT))
and i cant seam to find a way.
Can someone help me?
I was in Romania for 2 weeks, visiting a friend, and after one night my P30 had installed THE update
Mod Edit due to IMEI in photo.

From what I've read you must remove your SIM card and factory reset the phone to remove the carrier update

On my p30 lite I get a carrier update. (This update installs logos and apps that I don't use).
How can I tell you that I don't need those updates, only direct updates from Huawei.

There is no sign in option in REALME ACCOUNT in setting

In order to get access to the realme UI 2.0(based on android 11) early access, log in into realme account is must... But me along with all these people failed to find log in option in the settings manu. could anyone guide us please. I am currently using realme 5 pro, stock Os, stock recovery, no root, no bootloader unlocked. And don't intend to do em either.
I tried reset all settings, downloaded realme store app, realme link app and loged into those but none of em worked, although I am pretty sure factory reset can solve the problem. Since Factory reset will cause casualties so I am looking for any method other than that.

Question Ok google unavailable

Hello am on one ui 5 and i want to start using google assistant my problem is on voice match ok google is grayed out and says unavailable for thos language ( language is English US) ai tried servel fox clear cache data update uninstall disable battery optimization... Nothing worked for me any idea how to fix that o have the international galaxy a53

Keep updating stuff (though some will be in the background without you knowing) and I think it should work eventually
But, suppose you could try a factory reset. I'm hesitant to suggest the trying 1,000 things gauntlet lol. If it doesn't work after a factory reset then its likely just not going to work right now for you. There could be 1 million settings combinations or an outside reason where nothing will work.

First of all, I apologise if my post is not in the right forum section. I searched, in vain.
I haven't rooted any of my phones for years, as it affects the warranty in France.
This time around, my Ulefone Armor 14 Pro (running Android 12), for reasons I can't fathom, got stuck in boot loop since Friday evening.
I called the shop and they're willing to give me a refund.
I can get access to Android Recovery by pushing the power and the top volume button, but don't know how to deal with my issue afterwards.
How can I browse and backup my data (Google authentificator file, Microsoft authentificator file, SMS/MMS, etc) to transfer them on a new phone?
Can anyone help?
