HTC Nexus One accessories on HTC WEBSITE!!!!!! TRUE

when i called in to buy a new headphone, the guy told me to go online and purchase "Desire" accessories and that they will work on nexus one, and they do ship to usa (only accessories) not the actual phone. GREAT COLLECTION THERE
THERE IS A HEADPHONE THAT SUPPORTS THE FM RADIO(sweeeeeeet) time to ask paul about good luck (TONS OF STUFF ) Most will work for nexus one i bought lots of stuff $126.89
Here is the link
http://www.htcaccessorystore.com/uk/p_htc_phone.aspx?i=196001
SOME WILL NOT WORK ON NEXUS, but the screen protectors obviously will work
I recently bought the stylus, works like a charm. Good for keeping finger prints off the phone
Lets hope the headphones get the FM radio working!

Peripherals won't activate inactive hardware, especially when there's no code to support those peripherals.
For FM I use the Sony Ericsson MW600. The thing comes standard with a SE X10 so it works fine with the N1. The only thing it doesn't do is list the song on the headset. The FM radio lists the song though.
Did anyone else order???????
i will report as soon as my headphone get to my house, i'm soooooo excited about fm radio.
oh by the way i ordered android sleeve like the nexus1 one. i think it will be alright.
DID ANYONE ELSE ORDER???????

so you are confirming that FM radio works on the nexus one with an FM headset?
I bought an EU Desire Charger last thursday, arrived yesterday (did import the N1 with US Charger which doesn't work in germany.. got tired of charging via USB)
But the headphones don't have the android on it :/

I'm too lazy to call so i sent them an email. I haven't called about my pouch yet but if i can get the standard headphones with the android on it I'd be much happier.

No the Sony Ericsson MW600 has the FM radio. It's not playing through the N1, rather, the headphone set itself.

thats good, but i found out that its expensive.
I rather get my $575 phone to run a radio, and not pay another 100 for just a radio,if my phone is capable , then it will happen
i just cant believe i paid that much money for accessories. YES CALL ME CRAZY
I even bought all android devices that are available for us t-mobile
have anyone purchase anything that actually worked
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY STUFF YET(probably because it coming from UK to US)
its a good thing the website I guess BUT dam those are expensive items, is that general prices in the UK ? you can get about the same thing for allot cheaper in the US or Canada,
updated
P.S. sorry got a bit confused with the exchange rate, but they still are more expensive then if buying in the USA.

You think buying some headfones from HTC's site that say for the FM radio will get this working?
Can you not see how crazy that sounds?

micro USB to HDMI

I have a Vibrant, and I just convinced my buddy to get a Galaxy S 4G and he loves it. I keep seeing threads floating around the vibrant forums about Micro-USB to HDMI.
Now from what I understand the Galaxy S 2 is able to do this, but from what I've read, there is not much of a difference between the hardware of the SGS2 and the Vibrant and SGS4G. From what I've read, theres something thats blocking it from working on SGS4G and the Vibrant thats enabled in the SGS2.
heres a few threads on the idea..
-> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=973789
another idea. -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=11366461&highlight=kernel#post11366461
if anyone could get this enabled in the coding, it would be probably one of the sickest developments in the hacking of the SGS phones. not to mention theres a few bounties on here. people are willing to donate for such an amazing thing. including me!
This would be quite a development for us Galaxy S 4G owners. Especially if all we need to do is flip a switch or two in the kernel .config file.
But it is stated here that it is just for the Galaxy S2.

ahh see its been said that "only galaxy s2 can" buttt its also been said that the SGS was supposed to be able to do it and samsung decided to disable it so that the SGS2 could be the "first"
these all could be speculations. But like I said in 1st post, it's been said that all the hardware is pretty much the same (minues of course a few things). But apparently everything hardware wise related to this is the same and its disabled in the kernel. How amazing would it be! gahh

What that does is it gives you video and audio thru the 3.5 mm headphone jack.
its a cord like this LINK
I picked one up and its cool but the resolution and clarity is terrible coming thru that little jack. Although its neat to have

my tv in my room is a 1080p 32' insignia and the one in the living room is a old 55' projector big screen still though it doesn't look bad and is good to watch movies with but like I said i is definitely not HD.
I just use a radio shack 3.5-vga camcorder a/v cable and swap the red and yellow plugs. It works great. No its not HD but its perfectly watchable quality. Of course if the source video is sketchy its going to look even worse on the big screen. But try it with a decent video source and it looks pretty good. I use it all the time to watch stuff from my phone. Give it a shot.

[VIDEO] HDMI out/MHL demo for HTC Sensation, also with bluetooth keyboard and gamepad

MHL demo video is up, working just like it does in the SGSII (with some pros and cons of course).

No questions or comments?
The gaming demo is pretty sick. I never thought that would be possible. Nice demo, but it was really hard to hear what you were saying.

Yeah, got a new camera, so working out how to use it properly (doesn't help having a 15 month old asleep in the room next door either!). Will probably buy an external microphone for it soon. Good times gaming with MHL for sure!

Its very cheap for what it is, and a new version is coming soon with dual analog sticks. Only downside is that its made in very limited numbers.

My headset was washed by my washing machine and lost bass?Any way to get a new one?

I was so careless that i forgot to take my new htc headset out of my pocket and then it was washed.I used hair drier to blow hot wind to let it dry.
When it was dry,I use it to listen to music and found that it lost bass.
This headset is from my new Sensation 4G,and i am really sad with it washed.
I just want to change another one, should i go to T-Mobile store? Is it free or how much should i pay?
Thanks.

That headset isnt all that. You could possibly get another directly from HTC, but I wouldnt bother. As the above poster said, try getting a pair from walmart. Ill recommend the JVC Marshmellow line, they have great bass. ive had 4 pairs to date...
Edit: Wallyworld is a nickname for WALMART. You can also get the earphones I recommended for much cheaper at Amazon; any earphones for that matter are cheaper there.

The phone's back cover is free so i wonder if the headset is free as well.
I would try calling HTC and saying the headphones stopped working or one side goes dead...they might just send you out a free pair like they do the backcover.

I personally like the Creative EP-630i (http://amzn.com/B002EL4MY8) - though they are much cheaper over here. They are very comfortable to wear and provide good sound quality. The in-line clicker allows for easy control of podcasts and music playback as well as calls. They provide a microphone for hands-free calling as well - which I use daily.
Any iPhone-compatible headsets are generally compatible with most Android handsets (even Samsungs now, with the GS2) - if you want more control over how the clicker on these headphones (or any other earphones with buttons) functions, get Headset Button Controller from the Android Market http://goo.gl/Dv18m

The sound quality is not really as good as I expected for $150 speakers. Which is pretty much all it really is anyway.
