I've flashed wrong kernel to my g920f. After this event the phone is turning in TWRP and donwload mode on nicely. But I did a wrong thing again While I'm on the TWRP entered wipe/advanced wipe/choosen data/repair or change file system/change file system/and I chose one of them. While the file system is changing I turned it of. Now I cannot enter TWRP. I can charging the phone, and I can enter Download mode. But when I connect the phone to my laptop I get an error like that: "usb device not recognized". I open odin and connect the phone, doing nothing on odin. What can I do right now?
Anyone help??
If you can't enter TWRP, try connecting with original/failsafe cables (I bet you've already done so). If that won't help try a win7 pc, assuming you have win8.1 or win10. Also, try installing Kies too (Samsung mobile drivers are already installed hopefully). I'm no expert tho, neither might work. Lastly, act as if it is hardbricked, find somebody to JTAG it for you (drop me a pm if you do so, I have a bricked Tab8.9 lying around for a year)

hi
how to do that, how i must reinstall usb driver in my phone ?
You have to reinstall drivers on pc, not phone.
U flashed cfroot come from where?
And I think u have boot loop.
If you can go download mode, than u can do flashing stock ROM. Just have to settle your PC driver.
Try uninstall all driver, and shutdown and restart PC (not restart PC), and reinstall again
Or get another PC which never install Samsung driver, install on it and see if Odin can detect your phone.
Or, try different USB port.
Edit: if you flashed other model cfroot, you have no hope.

i've alredy swap the usb cable
swap Os mac windows
Reinstall usb driver

Hi there,
I somehow hard bricked my Jiayu F1 WCDMA smartphone (MTK6572) by flashing a wrong ROM (event though it was supposed to be good).
Now, I can connect the phone to the PC and it get's recognised (the bell rings), but I can't flash anything (nor format) through SP Flash Tool, which keeps bumping the "Enable DRAM FAILED" annoying error, no matter what ROM I'm trying to feed it.
I really could use some help, or at least getting a working scatter file, preloader, etc, just to rule out a fault on the flashed files' side.
Thanks a lot.

1. Uninstall all vcom, preloader and MTK drivers using USBdeview then manually install vcom drivers (you can see how to manually install MT65xx (MediaTek) USB VCOM drivers on Windows if you need help doing this)
2. Once you have vcom drivers installed, delete the SP flash tool folder then re-extract a fresh copy
3. I believe you should have go the correct backup now so go ahead and flash it using sp flash tool. you can try meta mode (flash without battery while holding volume up button) if you're still getting the error
So i had My T-Mobile GS6 Rooted
this is the **** up
I was going to factory reset my phone & i accidentally deleted my OS. i had tried to use Odin to re install the rom i had but my phone was never getting detected by any computer, i had tried to use adb sideloader to try & install it thru there but it wasn't working& also bought a OTG cable to try & install the rom from there but it wasn't able to detect it . So i thought it was my charging port because i had lost my fast charging capability before i had tried to reset my phone. I had twrp installed but my dumb ass did something that now im not able to get into twrp. Every time i try to power on my phone it loads with a white screen after a couple of minutes it shuts off. I can't get into twrp but can still get into download mode.

I replaced the charging port on it today so let me know what i can do to try to fix my phone I wouldn't mind going back to stock or just let me know if its bricked

the thing is that i had twrp installed but my phone was not being recognized by any pc, i tried 2 different ones.
i downloaded the usb driver but odin would still not recognize my phone to flash it to stock
so i had tried to use adb sideloader to try & get a rom to have an OS back to be able to boot the phone but that never worked as well
when i was in twrp i saw that in the "mount" section there was an option for the OTG-USB
but that never did anything
I was still in twrp trying to figure out how to use the OTG to install the zip's into my phone when i went into advanced & I hit Fix Permissions.
i accidentally rebooted my phone & from then on i wasn't able to get into twrp, i ordered a usb charging port & waited for it for about 3 days (while waiting for the part i didn't use the phone)
Got the part today & changed the usb port but as soon as i connected the phone to the charger in a wall outlet or the pc's usb port the screen goes white after about 2 minutes it just shuts off
cant go into recovery but can go into Odin mode but even when i connect it to a pc it doesn't get recognize
Weird mate , anyway try to used other usb cable like changing it to many from ur friends etc ok if still not recognised to ur pc then sorry we can't do anything unless u did everything so if ur phone not recognised to any pc then only center service they can do it by installing os by box etc ok
I guys I'm a noobie at this Stuff... But I make my Struggle, even trying it
I have a M4tel model SS1060 from Telcel, the phone was Ok, just one day it freezed , I removed the battery and when I put it back to the phone it get sttucked at M4 logo
So, I found at the web :cyclops: that with SPflashtool I could make it boot up correctly again, loading again the correct ROM or FIRMWARE with it:
I was making this procedure on a laptop with Windows 8.1pro 64bits.
1.- I get the firmware from MTK page I found
2.- I installed the mtk VCOM preloader drivers succesfully
3.- Extracted the RAR file of the Firmware.
4.- Opened Flashtool, I selected the respective scatter.txt file for my device, put the icon on "Donwload Only".
5.- I unpluged the battery, and conect it via USB, the program started to send the file . After a few secconds a error ocurred saying that the PMT was wrong. So i Try it again a few times, even with other version of SPflashtool, and different firmwares for the M4 ss1060 (diferent mobile operators ROMs) without good results.
At this point the phone was in the same condition... I could boot it into recovery normaly, but when triyng to boot it up it keeps stucked at M4's Logo.
I found that this issue was supposed to be fixed setting the program on "Firmware Upgrade" instead of "Download Only". So I make the same process changing it to Firmware Upgrade.....
7.- The progam started succesfully, and loaded the file completly with no errors, after eight minutes the "ok " icon" was shown :fingers-crossed: .
I unplugged the phone from the PC, insert the battery and nothing happened ANYTHING. I think that my mistake was to put "Firmware Upgrade".....
The phone keeps OFF I plug the Charger and it does not turns even the screen to Say "I'm Charging" :crying: I can't even get it into recovery mode, no logo screens. BUT.... When I plug the USB from the PC to the Phone I see that the Device Manager detects the phone with the Vcom Preloader of Mediatek.
So I tried to load the firmware again with SPflashtool on Download mode, the program send the file correctly, and it takes long as ten minutes showing the "OK" icon. But the phone keeps OFF, it makes nothing....
So I wonder If someone knows what to do, I was thinking on install a custom recovery, having on that the problem may be that I damaged the recovery of my phone making it unaviable to boot up. But I'm not shure, and I haven't found information about it.
I just knows that my phone has a MT6572 Chipset, I wonder if some one knows what to do.
Thanks.
