Ok i thought it will be fun talking with friends in a robot voice while i am playing pubg mobile with them.
Is there any app available for this purpose ?
I know there are few call voice changer apps.
So there must be an app which directly converts input to robot, female or any other voice .
Curious...

I was looking for something similar and was wondering if you ever found a solution. I'm actually surprised that there's not more activity in this thread.

Hi there,
I'm looking for a voice command app with the following features:
1. Activated via sound (no need to press a button or open an app)
2. Being able to record custom commands. That is, I'm looking for an app that does not use the google voice recognition, but one that allows me to record, say, "phone, shut up" and then make the phone recognize that as a command to mute.
I don't know if such an app is even technically possible, but if it does exist, I wasn't able to find it.
Thanks
I will be interested in this too. Trying to find this kind of apps.
The nearest app to your request is vlingo, but doesn't have the option to record custom commands for custom actions...

All vlingo does for me is force close as soon as it's opened. Shame...any alternatives?
There's an app for windows mobile called Voice2go. You can customize any voice for apps or contacts. You can let the app runs in the back ground too so when you need to dial a contact you just say the magic word. For instance I modify the command to activate it by saying a modified word like "dude" and just say the name in the contact which you have tagged your voice to it. "dude" "tea bag"... Then the app execute it by calling "tea bag"
Too bad android don't have this kind of app. It's very useful for me since English is not my language (android voice recognition is not very friendly to me)
But there's an app for android which used the same method but I haven't used it (it's not a free app) called CYBERON VOICE SPEED DIAL. Try it... Maybe that's what you're looking for.
I live in India so I don't have voice mail on my mobile like carrier. I would like an app like the Symbian Advanced call manager which after some time of not picking up the phone plays a recorded message and records the message the other person has given. Like an Answer machine. Free apps are preferred.
Thanks

i don't think there is one mate..... the old symbian Nokias did...
that was because they were able to send sound directly to the caller ... i dunno if its a hardware limitation ... i really hope someone can figure that out... :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
Afaik it is not available on android, there is some limitation on Android for this.
If i missing one and only thing from my Nokia then this is same.
Even i have used interactive voice call Master, the best and most configurable call manager.

I always used to believe Android is open source and there are no limitations but this thing falsified all assumption.
I badly miss it.
Yeah... I was thinking If We have a answering call app kicking in when We rejected a call. So the app takes over with a greeting message and records the callers message into the memory card?
Nope? Nothing of that sort?

I too tried to work my work using tasker
But the problem is the phone calls are played from a different channel, and media content like ringtone and notification are played through different channel

The only Symbian feature that I miss
Sorry to bump into this really old thread but recently Google implemented AI calling and Xiaomi too which not just plays a recorded message to the caller, instead it actually 'talks' to the caller based on the input we give which makes me wonder if this is possible via an app now
Just wanted to give my review for the Automatic Call Recorder App which I have been using for a while now and absolutely love it!
So the app loads as soon as you make an outgoing call or accept an incoming call. You have multiple file formats to save the calls from mp3 to 3gp there's a good few more options. The UI is very simple to use and you can track back over a lot of phone calls. I recommend to use at least a 32gb memory so you can as calls that happened a while ago. If you want to hear a particular call, just find it from the call log in the app and simply press the play button. The sound quality is great and there has never been any distortion on playback. If you wanted to share the call recording then you are able to with a simple one click on the share button. I have installed this app on all my family members phones and they love it too. The "recent calls" and "frequent calls" drop down so you can easily see the list of the call logs made. There are a lot of additional features in the settings and all user friendly for anyone to get set up on. The "Memory Info" shows how much free memory you have left and converts this into how long you can record based on the free space left so there is no hidden tabs you need to go to in order to find out the important information. I definitely recommend this app to anyone who wants to have their phone calls recorded, well worth the money and very stable - not once has the app ever crashed on me. 10/10 rating.

Not work me correctly
Hi, I have a P8 lite with the version of android 6.0.1 (b574 stock) and the application does not work me correctly, it almost does not listen and it does not record all the calls. When I had Lollipop 5.0.1 it worked very well and a very good sound.
What can I do to make it work just as well as before, but in 6.0.1?
I need help please. Thank you very much.
Regards
I use AndroRec Free Call Recorder instead.
It's completely free, completely offline, no trial, no ads, no analytics, no IAP, no recording limitations. Developer is from India. Last update is 10 Jul 2016. It supports Android Marshmallow. It's very lightweight too, taking only 844 kb in my device. No running in background.

I've been using Total Recall for 6 years, starting on Symbian. It's still the best call recorder I've tried.

With ACR I think you can only exclude certain callers from being recorded, rather excluding every call except ones that you specify
Hi all, i’ve headunit px5 with Android Oreo.
Embedded dialer Phone don’t have the below features:
1) search contact with dialpad
2) not support conference call
3) favorites list
I'm not finding a dialer app with the previous features.
Is there a possibility to use a generic dialer (like that of the smartphones) and configure it to call via bluetooth?
Any update on my request?
Thanks a lot
maframan
Can't believe that there is no answer.
Same question from me...
Thanks Bommel
No solution yet
I've been searching for the same for more than a month. Even manufacturer does not have a solution, while their units with Android 8.1 have at least favorites listed. I will be more than interested if there is anything that would work like it should. The current dialer is unusable while driving.
Hi. I'm on the same boat. I have to use my mobile phone when I have to make a call. The dialer without favorites is unusable. Some suggestions?

Hi Everyone. I ve juste started testing tasker using basics proyects. Ive just started to try the voice recognition, but I m stuck in that.
The general idea of the proyect is that when I tell google photo, my phone open the camara( As simple as that)
My app installed are: Tasker and Autovoice
These are my steps
Tasker__ profile__new__event___plugin___autovoice___recognize___configuration
Then in autovoice____commands___"photo"
Back to tasker
new task___newName____"Camara"____add an accion____Multimedia____photo____archive name (photo)
So the the profile es assigned to the task. I selected Auto Voice recognized Easy switched to yes.
Back to may phone settings. In the accessibility section, I put the auto voice Google google now integration on. Auto voice pop up " Intercepting google app searches"
In the google voice search a say "photo". The result is a search of web pages that match with the word mentioned, and the phone camera never appear. ( Ive already check the google mic)
I wish someone could help me in this query.
Thank in advance.
- I created e new profile call photo.

Google now/Google Assistant already has the ability to open camera by voice command, why are you using tasker to do this? All you have to do is call google now/Assistant to attention, then say "open camera" and it opens the camera. Or is that too complicated for you?

Somehow he solved the problem. BTW what kind of novels you refer to. I read light novel, they are really light. How to explain to people my obsession with Japanese culture and their books. I'm happy that I discovered a good website now an app to read all light novels in English. Maybe in a few years, I will start to learn Japanese to read them in the original variant. Comedy and romantic ae my favorite and I try to imitate the voices of the characters.

They did not mean novel user as in a book reader, they meant novel user as in someone unfamiliar/new to using Tasker.
