Hi, before it has never been this way. But probably after the root progress, if I chose 'background network usage' when the power saving mode, wifi or mobile data doesn't work. I see wifi or mobile data icon but any internet connection. Please help me.

I would really appreciate your feedback
I get this screen whenever I connect to wifi at my office. It pops up on top of all other applications and will do it multiple times until I sign in (even does it AS I sign in)
Anyone else seen this? It seems to serve no purpose other than to be annoying.

Ok I thought this was a problem with just the hotspot but I was very very wrong. The network on this phone is super slow I'll get Download speeds of like 60k sec and with the HTC it's like 3000kb a sec. Also have a look at this picture they're connected to the same network at the same time

Does anyone have any ideas as to why and how to fix. I'm at a loss I have no clue whatsoever.
Thanks
Get around 4 hours screen time with 4G always on and no battery saving mods. Most bloatware disabled , after factory reset.

Yes, that's a pretty normal usage.
Even if you don't have Location, High performance, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi or Mobile data always enabled.
