has anyone ever ordered from mobiles.co.uk to canada or the us? im thinking about buying an iphone 3gs 32gb for 300$ canadia, free shipping, no contract, unlocked. im just concerned about getting stuck with a suprise fee at my door or at the post office. anyone have knowledge of someone's experience ordering from them to north america?
You've been targeted by a scammer using our company details. We don't sell SIM-free iPhones, we don't ship overseas and we certainly don't do business via email + Western Union.
Regards,
Hey, all!
My wife likes this phone, but at a current suggested price of $399 it is a no-go. anyone aware of a coming price drop, since the sg2 came out?
Thank you.
That's unlikely but have you considered eBay or Craigslist. I have seen them for around 200.
Sent from my SGH-T959V using xda premium
if it were more like 150 or so, i would. cl is slow and expensive (at least for this phone) over here in okc.
T-mobile website has the GS4G for 150.00 with 50.00 mail in rebate. It may be a web only offer but after rebate your looking at bill for the phone.

CLICK> EXPANSYS <CLICK
Good luck!
Your link seems to be for the unlocked version, which has been available through multiple outlets for several days already.
What he said ^^
ofcourse its is...its 729 dollars...
My bad, just woke from a coma today
I guess it's better then waiting for AT&T to decide when to launch it. Or it may be a contractually issue between Vercrackhead and Samsung
Keep an eye on NewEgg, they have had the best US price at $699.99 on their last sale but they sold out of them.

Could be, If only there was a bit more detail.
Does anybody know what the price will be within the US?
Also, should I wait a month for the price to drop? (I heard it drops after a month)... first time buying a phone out right

Sweet jesus!.. I thought these new phones start around 599.
Do you have to buy from an "authorized dealer" for Samsung to cover the phone for the warranty?

Samsung doesn't really warranty unlocked phones sold in the U.S. as they aren't really meant for U.S. retail sale.
Your best bet is just buying one outright from your carrier, Best Buy (for their warranty), or putting it on your home owner's insurance policy. You can even buy 3rd party insurance like SquareTrade.

This came up in another thread and my personal thoughts about Expansys is to wait a bit until they get their information about what they will send and when they will send it more correct. They have failed to reply to my Email (over 4 days now) about verifying the exact model #s and capabilities of the S4s they are going to sell. Do what you want, but I'm going to buy from an authorized dealer (AT&T, Best Buys, Radio shack, etc...). There are reputable dealers that use Amazon (and I presume Ebay) but I'm not going to take a chance with this kind of money.
Close to launch day, and still no news about availibility on Amazon!

So if you buy from Bestbuy unlocked phone, the warranty is from Best Buy and not Samsung? I believe this will come from third party companies, much like Best Buy extended warranty.
Now I'm curious, if I buy from Bestbuy using my American Express card, will I get the extended warranty from American Express?
S4 begin to be available in France, but still no news from Amazon :crying:
Amazon Germany is clueless as always with mobile releases.....
Not always! I had the HTC One before everyone in France ordered on amazon.de
Did someone receive the S4 from Amazon europe?
can someone tell me where can i find the phone in uk online or in stores near london without being in a monthly contract. its out of stock everywhere
I canceled my order on Amazon and purchased the phone directly from the Samsung Mobile Store in Paris, why should I wait when a physical shop had it available nearby ? Amazon just weren't fast enough to my tastes.
Phone is now "in stock" in Amazon.fr
Seems like the perfect smartphone... Where did you guys bought it ? Interests here in France..
As of right now I think it is only available through carriers like rogers and bell etc. in Canada. Youre right this seems like the perfect smartphone and I will be picking one up. Im not sure if they plan on releasing to more markets
Hardwarecanucks seem to be very interested in it. And they are not happy with Canadian prices. But they found that India's carriers have the phone announced at far lower prices. So when it comes to India, it will trickle down to eBay and voila - you will get your cheap pure Android with Quad DAC! Patience, gentlemen!

Hey hey,
The price thing i'm not getting either. I got mine the week of release with Koodo (Telus in Canada) for 435$ (i had a 125$ rebate). So 560$ total for a "new comer" and thats on the barebones 1GB 35$ plan. The other payment options were 875$.... strange... Anyway, I'm really pleased with the DAC. Its a DragonFly built right in and drives my HD558s (50ohm) with ease. A real pleasure to listen to music with,.
Got mine from Vidéotron on Black Friday for $0 on a $75/mo plan with 10 GB of data.
Really good deal, if you ask me.
Anyone can help me buy this phone? Been searching all over the internet, still no lock.
The phones from Canada are not factory unlock and they dont ship in my country.
