The app is not free. You can install it, but this is only 7-day trial version.
It's sad, that you see it in the play store as a free app, but it is not. And I guess, that this is breaking the Google play rules

Hmm, sounds a lot like an advertisement and this is not the place for that. You can post paid apps in the proper section.
