Tapatalk in market won't allow bill to AT&T acct?

Hmm This would have been my first app that I paid for (Tapatalk). I have always heard that I could bill it to my AT&T account. But when I went to buy it it only accepted credit cards, I have no credit card or debit card as I don't have a bank account (long story..) So how do I download a app that bills to my wireless bill? Is there an app I have to download to enable that??

try disabling ur WiFi and access the app store with ur Data Plan thats how i got it to show (Bill to My T-Mobile Account) it should work

I recently got Google Wallet onto my Galaxy Nexus, and got a free Google Prepaid Debit Card. See, well I don't have a real credit card or anything, and I want to be able to get free apps on the Amazon App Store. I heard one trick is to register a completely used debit card with your account and you can get the free apps. So is there a way to get the real number for my Google Prepaid Debit Card? I don't think it is the ID because I just made a purchase Google wallet and the last 4 digits on my receipt is different from the ID.

[Q] How to donate if no credit card and no paypal?

I don't have paypal and am having grief setting up a pay-as-you-go credit card for Google Play and I want to donate to the developers who without which I wouldn't have been able to unlock my phone and or learn about programming Android devices (apps, ROMS, etc...) so that I can one day do the same as them. I didn't have the money to be about to donate before and now I have a few bux I wanted to give them some for all their hard work and because I believe in they way they do what they erm do. Sorry about the cliche am tired. lol Anywho thanks for any help. And short of contacting them individually I don't know what to do about it.:crying:

in my country you can buy some legal paypal funds..

do you at least have a debit card cuz you can donate via paypal even if you don't have an account, you just need a debit card or you can buy one of those prepaid visa or mastercard in a supermarket, pharmacy, etc.

I do have a debit card and it's also a pay-as-you-go VISA but it doesn't work for Google play or any of the places online that I have tried to use it. Ironically it is why I got it in the first place. lol. I don't have PayPal account. I sold something on eBay and was naive and skimped on cheaper shipping without a tracking number, and because the buyer said he didn't get the item they sided in his favor, so I can't use them. I have a friend that buys parts/etc for me on eBay for me but that doesn't help for Google play and buying/donating to apps. I am in Canada so if you know of a prepaid visa or service I can use to load my Google play account please let me know and I will get it. That way I can get the donate keys for the apps and pay for the XDA app etc...

[CANADA] Play Store now supports TD Interac VISA Debit cards

It was just last September that I e-mailed Google asking if and when they will support the use of TD Interac VISA Debits in the Play Store to which they replied:

I'm not sure when they started supporting it, but I had no more credit on a VISA gift card so I tried my VISA Debit from TD and it worked!
It probably works with non-TD issued VISA Debit's as well, give it a shot and let us know

no you cant use gift card to pay the 25$ fee
you need CC for that
and if you searched the google for that you would have find the plenty of info
