Hi guys i tryed to root my memo pad its me302c with android 4.3 build is us_v5.0.21 the kernel is 3.4.43 i tryed kingo root it couldnt do it just stopped at 90% im kinda stuck i dont know what way to go and what to try next im somewhat limited i dont have a computer to help was hopping someone might have the answer....Thanks

I just recently bought this EEE Pad Tranformer tablet and I found this very knowledgeable forum for this tablet and others. I would like to find out the pros and cons between the factory ROM and Root ROM.
Could you please give me some advice and some instructions on how to flash the rooted ROM or vise versa in case something doesn't work. Where do I get the download for all the utilities.

ok Im a complete noon when it comes to flashing Rom but I figured I would give it a shot on my Asus Memo Pad 7HD using Superdragons Rom.... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2503668 . I downloaded all the correct files and started the process but im alre.ady stuck in step one. I can not for the life of me find the "sro-default-lock-sign.img" file from the "signed_bin" Folder. i cant even find the signed_bin folder lol Im sure its my error but I like learning and trying new things... any input would be great
