Adoptable Storage on 8.0 - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

Hello XDA!
I am currently running a Galaxy S7 [SM-G930W8], stock with no root, on Android 8.0.0.
The model I have is the 32 gb. I find myself running out of storage often and have discovered that Android has implemented adoptable storage. Unforunately, when trying to merge my 64gb microsd card with my phone, it doesn't work.
I followed this tutorial on XDA: https://www.xda-developers.com/enable-adoptable-storage-for-galaxy-s7-and-s7-edge/
Is this not possible with 8.0.0?

Huawei Mediapad T1 8.0 Pro LTE T1-821L and 64GB card

Hi. I've got question about Huawei Mediapad T1 8.0 Pro LTE T1-821L and 64GB card. It's possible to run 64GB card in this device with NTFS or FAT32 partition? In device specification I've got information about 32GB only. Android Kitkat 4.4.4 with Emotion UI 2.3. Please help, sorry for my English.
64gb is fine if you format fat32 with a tool like : guiformat.exe

I wouldn't update it unless you HAVE to.
The phone seems to run best on KitKat from what I've seen.
Of course that operating system was what the designers of the phone planned for the hardware to run in the first place.
Other note phones are running 6.0.1
I have my Samsung galaxy s5 running 6.0.1. Also other note edge models are running 6.0.1 but I can't find the update for my edge model.

Android One is a program based on manufacturers' partnership with Google, so you buy an Android One device.
But, you can find or build an AOSP based ROM and flash it along with GAPPS package, and you will get something similar.
If you meant Xiaomi mi4i by Redmi mi4i, I seen multiple roms in the forum for the device like Lineage OS, Paranoid Android, etc.

Is it worth it?

Hi everybody,
I've bought a Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro (2017) which was already upgraded to Android 9.0 which uses OneUI.
I don't really have a good relationship with OneUI, instead I like the Samsung Experience 8.1 UI which was used in Android 7.0.
Do you think it is worth it to rollback the device to Android 7.0 for the theme? Or if is there anyway I can use the Experience on Android 9.0?
Thanks for your time and help!

I recommend using newer Android version because of latest security patches. And some apps may stop working on older Android versions sooner or later. There are different themes for OneUI (via Samsung Galaxy store) ... or using a different launcher (via Play store).
Maybe you will find one looking like touchwiz or Samsung experience

LineageOS for Galaxy Note 3_N900_3G_India

I am new to the world of custom ROMs and never did this. My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (India version, 3G, model SM N900, SSN: N900GSMH, Baseband version: N900DDUEBPF1, Software version: N900XXSEBPL3/N900ODDEBPF1/N900DDUEBPF1). I have few basic queries:-
How do I know exact model, processor, etc details of my Note 3? Since I purchased in India and that time India only had 3G phones (not LTE), so assuming its 3G only model. Also inside phone after removing battery shows above model nos
After installing a LineageOS ROM, my phone will stop receiving OS upgrades? Will I have access to play store apps which can be directly downloaded or need some workaround to download apps (my usage is regular apps like whatsapp, gdrive, youtube, chrome, etc)? If workaround needed for apps, would those apps get automatic updates or always require manual install?
Which ROM is suitable for my model? Mine is currently Android version 5.0 which is quite old. I am ok with any stable version above 5.0 If I get Android 8/9/10, I would feel myself very lucky
Please help.

it's exynos not snapdragon, you're not in the good forum..look exynos note 3
How do I confirm that mine is Snapdragon or Exynos? I googled and found that in India Note 3 was launched with Exynos and only 3G model, so I believe I am in correct forum. Can somebody answer my original queries please?
