Good job! Thank you very much!
I have installed this rom from Los 15.1 by dirty falsh, all my settings are keeped, just like a normal update.
And the volume - button is fixed, too.
The screen brightness is too weak, the camera does not record video, no Google applications are installed, there is not enough space in the recovery for installation.

Because of the small remaining space in the priv-app folder, it is impossible to install a gapps. You need to repack the assembly.
Hi feroxxx, how do you think, is there any possibility for having working Google Camera on IUNI U2?
Also, is it easier to port Lineage OS than pure android 8.1?
MicroG possibility instead of Open Gapps?
I've been looking at the following home page for "LineageOS for Micro G" while searching for options of smaller Gapps packages:
https://lineage.microg.org/
The basic premise is to have Google Play Services compatibility with as little of Google's proprietary software as possible. I'm interested, in part because it only requires 4mb of space to install the package in contrast to Gapps' significantly larger packages. Would this be difficult to use with this build of LineageOS? Would it be a viable alternative to Gapps? I've been really excited lately about the new updates and how much faster everything works and all the newer features of the OS, Thank you feroxxx for your good work!
For anyone still looking for a Gapps that will install, I've used the Mind the Gapps package instead of Open GAPPS which works with the limited space of the most recent build by feroxxx. It installs only Google Play on the initial flash, but after booting the phone the other apps can be added through Google Play (I've installed Calendar, Gmail, Maps, Keep, and maybe a few others).
Need help! 3G
Can anybody fix 3G? Its not working in Russia.
And stock camera crash when Video record mode on...
Hi feroxxx, is there any suitable gapps for u2?

Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application; with this, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!
Important information:
This thread is for MoKee 5.1.1 builds for ZTE Nubia Z9 Max.
Because of the incomplete official kernel source, the build uses a prebuilt kernel from nubia UI V3.53.
What works:
Everything EXCEPT left/right button backlight
Installation:
First time flashing MoKee 5.1.1 on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible Recovery, e.g., my TWRP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/recovery-twrp-recovery-2-8-7-0-nubia-z9-t3154895
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash MoKee
Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package
Reboot

Why screen is locking during phone talk? When I trying to end talk - I can't press red button because screen is locked. Screen is on but I need to enter code or Finger ID.

Reporting Bugs
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

Is it normal /system/system/priv-app when install this custom ROM?
System folder is in two levels.
Does anyone know of a way to manually Resize partitions on the Moto G, currently using TWRP and I have 2 of the phones so I don't mind testing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, other than that. Great ROM, seems very stable. Even with Magisk, just missing Gapps now.
Very glad people are still supporting this phone, it's always fun to keep it going.
Thanks for any help - Josh
How is the time to boot this ROM each time? Is it the as same as lineageos 16 ? About 3mn
I see that it would be great if you could port Project Treble to this device...I know that there is no sufficient space available but you can take a part from /data to be able to create a new vendor partition ?

Thanks, idk what to say, android 11 was released just 3 weeks ago and it's already available for surnia. Thanks man, for keeping this device relevant and alive, thanks !
Excellent work! It's really impressive to see Android 11 running on this phone already. I haven't had any issues with the ROM so far besides a few app crashes here and there. I flashed the latest ARM package of BiTGApps for Android 11 and I can confirm it works.
Congratulations on getting 11 running on this!
Can you please share your roomservice.xml file from .repo/local_manifests directory so I can see what repos were used to build this?
I want to try to replicate your build on another msm8916 platform device. I could not find a manifest or roomservice.xml on https://github.com/MalluOS
Thank you.

Make sure your wifi frequency is 2.4 GHz. Try changing the channel on your router, it worked for me. There may also be some BT interference.
WiFi and Bluetooth both working great. ROM is fairly stable. Great work.
Very stable although the system clock occasionally malfunctions. I found NixGapps to work the best. Also flash the pixel launcher as the Trebuchet launcher isn't very stable and often crashes. To root, you must use magisk canary (21.0 or later) since the latest stable version (20.4) doesn't support android 11 yet. Bluetooth file transfer is broken and won't accept any files. BT audio works perfectly well. The ROM already supports Google Assistant so no need to force enable it with build.prop.
anyone aware of the gapps package that works with this ROM?
whats lottie animations? screenshots?

Hi, this rom doesn't have face unlock feature.
Ok, thank you. Anyway th ROM works great, no Bugs and good battery Life. Good work.
I uploaded the new build (lineage-18.1-20220312-UNOFFICIAL-grus.zip) with the latest LineageOS source (March 2022 Security Patch).
This is the last build for lineage-18.1, because lineage-19.0 build seems to be stable for daily use.
Thank you.
I uploaded the one more build (lineage-18.1-20220316-UNOFFICIAL-grus.zip) which passes Safetynet on both global and chinese version of grus.
Hey does anyone experiencing issue that when the phone turned off it will be warm and draining battery?
when you turn on the Internet from system profiles, it always turns on on the second SIM card, even if the first SIM card is installed by default
is it possible to compile the build with the latest official updates from the Lineageos team and android secuirty?

It is possible. See 'For building LineageOS 19' in https://github.com/kyasu/android_device_xiaomi_grus. You can also build 18.1.

I'm sorry, but could you compile the assembly? after all, android 11 is still relevant for many devices
-- sorry, wrong thread
Perhaps this firmware is the most stable of all further created. It's bad when developers start developing one, leave without finishing it, and start doing something else.
