Ich bin mit meinen Latein am Ende.
Ich probierte verschiedene Roms aus für mein Vario weil mir das WM6.0 nich gefiel.
Nach paar mehrmaligen rumprobieren und testen verschiedener Roms habe ich mich für dieses Entschieden:

Ganz normal installiert und dann: ICH VOLLIDIOT bin am USB HUB hängen geblieben weil ich während der Installation schnell was zum trinken holen wollte dabei hab ich das USB Kabel raus gerissen Das Rom war also nur so halb drauf -.- So, wenn ich dann mein MDA wieder einschalten will bleibs wie zu erwarten beim boot screen hängen.
Folgende Tastenkombination habe ich dann gedrückt um in den Bootloader zu kommen. [Aus-Einschalttaste + OK Taste gleichzeitig + Softreset]! Jetzt bin ich hier:

Nun ja, das gleiche Spiel nochmal. Rom installieren, er lädt auch bis 2%...

... und dann bootet er plötzlich neu ??
Was jetzt?
Ich bin unendlich dankbar für eine verständliche Lösung.

I'm new to Tablets and Android and this is my first Tablet ever.
I bought an Odys One Android Tablet 7", Gingerbread 2.3.1.
I have no idea when it was released but I guess it was recently released because there are no informations in the internet only on their official website.

Well there is a status bar down and it is always visible even when I play games and I can't see the top side of the games and I can't press some ingame buttons. Only in Gallery and Video Player it dissapears. Is there any way to disable the status bar or is there any gesture to make it dissapear and reappear or something? Do I have to root the device or is there any app to help me with the status bar? I have seen that there is HoneyBar but that requires you to have Android 3.X. I also have only one button which is the power button. I have installed some applications and I want to move them to the SD Card even though in the Manage Applications the App is movable when I press move to SD Card I get this error: Failed to move Application.

You should try to install launcher pro cus in the preferences you can disable the status bar ( it turns away if you dont use it)
I didn´t try this method on a tablet but on my sgs+ it works fine
So try this and tell me afterwards if it worked popper for ur purpose

schonmal cool das es dir auf dem handy gefällt hast du keine möglichkeit dir die app zu saugen und dann auf das tablet zu ziehen bluetoth oder sd karte
Also, ich hab Launcher Pro auf der odys one tablet installiert aber es geht nicht, die app geht aber wenn ich hide notification bar druecke funktioniert es nicht, danke trotzdem.

i know because if i unroot the defy mini whith super one click, the files su still in /system/xbin.
but i unroot connecting a defy (MB525) to RSDlite in mode flash at this moment i only wait to rsd reconize the mb525 an leave it, and then open super and unroot the binary "su" is deleted from /system/xbin in mini.

Wenn du auch deinem Homescreen bist hast du ja in der Mitte den Knopf mit dem du den Appdrawer aufmachen kannst drück da mal drauf so lange bis sich so ein menü öffnet.
Da hast du irgendwo den Punkt mit Swipe gestures oder so
Klick da mal drauf und scroll runter irgendwo steht da was mit Hide/Show statusbar
Wähl das mal aus und wisch dann mit dem Finger über das Menüsimbol
Dann müsste die eigentlich verschwinden.
Melde mich wieder wenn ich mir das angeschaut habe.

Also ich hab das mal gelesen und auch noch mal fleißig gegooglet und ich hab halt echt immer nur die Methode mit dem Superonecklick root gesehen..
Ich kann die sagen...probiers aus wenn du magst aber ich sag dir ehrlich, ich hab noch nie ein Telefon mit dem Programm gerootet bekommen.
Es gibt in der Hinsicht viele Apps die das angeblich können aber wie gesagt ich hatte damit nie Erfolg.
Du kannst aber mal nach Custom Roms schauen, wenn du unbedingt Rootrechte haben möchtest und auch hinnimmst das dein Telefon dann halt auf den Werkszustand zurückgesetzt ist.
Wie gesagt viel Glück und lass mich hören wenn es was neues gibt oder wenn du noch Fragen hast.
Und nebenbei wenn du es schaffst ein Stock Rom von deiner Firmware im Internet zu finden und ne passende Odinflashanleitung und ein Ops File uuuuund dann noch ein bisschen Erfahrung damit hast, dann kannst du dein Handy praktisch nicht Bricken wenn du was auch immer ausprobierst.
Also ich flashe viel habe und hatte schon viele Androidgeräte und habe es noch niiie hingekriegt ein Handy so zu schrotten, dass ich es nicht mehr hingekriegt habe.

ich hab ein lg optimus speed (2x) und bei mir hat sich immer automodus aktiviert das hab ich dann mit titanium backup pro eingefriert
so alles schön und gut nur habe ich jetzt eine custom rom drauf getan und da ich jetzt ne neue rom benutze aktiviert sich der automodus wieder nun wollte ich es wieder einfriern aber ich sah die app car home nicht in titanium backup pro jetzt wollt ich fragen wie ich denn automodus trotzdem deaktiviern könnte oda könnte jemand den automodus app hier linken dann würde ich es installieren und neu einfriern

vorweg,- mein englisch ist gleich null,-
ich versuche verzweifelt seid drei Tagen mein A511 zu rooten. Dabei habe ich mich an folgende Anleitung gehalten (weil in deutsch) http://www.pocketpc.ch/acer-a510-a5...itt-fuer-schritt-anleitung-cwm-customrom.html
Wenn ich nun aber nach der Eingabe:
fastboot flash recovery recovery_nothrills.img
und gedrückter Vol- - Taste das gerät neu starte bleibt er bei
booting recovery kernel image
hängen. Es passiert einfach nichts weiter. Mittlerweile habe ich herausgefunden das ich an Images so ziemlich alles "flashen" kann,- es änder nichts daran das er nicht ins Recovery kommt. Das Gerät funktioniert soweit super und fährt auch normal hoch,- allerdings gibt es kein Recovery-Menü mehr bei diesem Gerät.
Hat hier jemand einen Rat wie ich mein Gerät gerootet bekomme? Hab so ziemlich alles durch und bin mittlerweile ziemlich Schmerzfrei.

ich habe eben versucht mein Gerät zurück zu setzen aber selbst das geht nicht weis er dann wohl das Recovery versucht zu starten. Gibts ne Möglichkeit das System in den Lieferzustand zu versetzen in der Hoffnung das dann das Recovery wieder geht?

Für alle die sich das Hofer Medion smartphone x5001 gekauft haben und root haben wollen. Vielleicht funktioniert es auch mit dem medion e4004.
Mobile uncle:

mobileuncle apk auf medion über usb übertragen und mit inkludierten Dateimanager installieren durch anklicken der Datei.
mobile uncle öffnen> engineer mode > engineer mode (mtk) > zu log and debugging tab wechseln > user2root > root
reboot vielleicht erforderlich

medion anschließen und Kingo root öffnen
SuperSu app wird von kingo root installiert
alternativ kann man diesen Schritt mit Kingo root wahrscheinlich durch einfaches installieren von SuperSu vom google playstore überspringen.
SuperSu öffnen – zu /system schreiben/installieren akzeptieren
nachher empfehle ich kingoroot app vom handy zu deinstallieren (hat sich heimlich installiert)
Root status check mit root verifier: https://f-droid.org/repo/com.abcdjdj.rootverifier_7.apk
root verifier installieren und anschließend öffnen und “check” drücken
es sollte device is rooted erscheinen

Das Rooten hat hervorragend funktionier.
Ein Fehler ist bei mir allerdings aufgetreten:
Obwohl USB-Debugging aktiviert war wurde ich von Kingo Root wiederholt aufgefordert es zu aktivieren.
Das Problem lag am Falschen USB Treiber (unter Windows 7 64-Bit)
Lösung:
Den Richtigen Treiber (h ttp://online.mediatek.com/Public%20Documents/MTK_Android_USB_Driver.zip) downloaden und mit dem Gerätemanager installieren.
Eine genauere Anleitung findet ihr auf h ttp://developer.android.com/tools/extras/oem-usb.html
Danach sollte alles Problemlos ablaufen.

Hat bei mir auch geklappt. Hat sich schon jemand getraut Xposed zu installieren? Nicht, dass es dann einen Bootloop gibt und Gerät nutzlos wird. (warum zur Hölle kann man das Smartphone nicht via PC wiederherstellen? Allein schon die Recovery lässt nur Updates vom Phone selbst zu)

Ich habe Xposed schon installiert.
Im Xposed framework habe ich GravityBox(KK) und XPrivacy laufen.
Habe ich jetzt auch gemacht. Läuft tadellos. Danke für die Info

kommt noch zwei mal "waiting for device"
dann dreht sich das Medion X5001 ab, zeigt mir den Ladestatus des Akkus, und bleibt aus.
Bis es dann manuell wieder gestartet wurde, kommt in Kingo Root schon die Meldung "WaitForDeviceTimeout"
Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee was da falsch läuft?
Ich wäre für jeden Tipp dankbar der mir weiterhelfen könnte.

Haben Sie USB Debugging aktiviert? Anleitung finden Sie in Google. Sie müssen sich als Entwickler freischalten in dem Sie unter Einstellungen/Eigenschaften die Build Nummer ungefähr 7 mal antippen. Dann werden weitere Entwickleroptionen freigeschaltet.
Vielleicht hat es auch etwas mit den Treibern zu tun siehe Antwort von Igesh.
Sie müssen aber nicht Kingo benutzen. Es reicht wenn Sie sich SuperSu aufs Handy laden über den Google Playstore. Mobileuncle hat bereits gerooted.

Das liegt daran, dass ihr ein Update durchgeführt habt. Habe es heute auch gemacht, und Root war weg. Konnte nicht mehr rooten. Am Ende hatte ich nen Bootloop und nichts ging mehr. Zum Glück hatte ich Tage zuvor ein volles Backup gemacht.
Probiert mal vroot http://www.mgyun.com/en/getvroot oder guckt hier http://www.chinamobiles.org/threads/root-per-adb-script-fuer-mt658x-mt657x-mt659x-phones.34776/ (MT6592)
http://www.chinamobiles.org/threads/howto-backup-und-restore-mit-mtkdroid-und-sp-flash.33826/ (Achtung: ihr müsst wissen was ihr tut)
So könnte ihr ein volles Backup machen von allem und auch wieder restoren
Edit: mir war es möglich CWM zu flashen
Edit2: TWRP funktioniert auch wunderbar => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2798257 (muss allerdings modifiziert werden damit Internal+External Storage funktioniert, und adb)

ich habe auch das X5001 , aber ich kann das einfach nicht rooten. Habe schon 6 Tools und auch eininge Scripte, aber es mag einfach nicht. Wenn ich es mit MTKDroid Tools versuche steht, dass man es nicht rooten kann weil kein CWM installiert ist. Nun dachte ich immer das CWM braucht man nur wenn man neue Rom´s flashed?
Wie hast Du das CWM geflashed? Welche scatter Datei hast Du verwendet?

hast du auch ein funktionierendes rom flashen können? mit einem cyanogenmod-build für den MT6592 sollts ja kein problem sein, kanns leider erst in ein paar wochen testen. :/

got that phone yesterday. i was able to root it, but cannot update supersu binary. adb shell has a timeout when i request su, same situation for the "Easy Ultimate TWRP installer". terminal emulator on the phone is able to get root, a possible solution would be to dd the recovery image to recovery partition. has anyone tried this or knows a easy solution?
//edit: had to stop bluestacks...

Hallo zusammen!
Ich hab mein Medion x5001 geflasht ( wiederherstellet ) und jetzt startet nicht mehr, es bleibt nur schwarze helle Display, in recowery Mode geht auch nicht, hab das SP Flash Tool herunterladen aber ich finde keine Firmware für das Handy!
Hat jemand das Firmware ?
