Never seen this feature on any Whyred ROM. Some devs told me that it is hardware feature and needs some drivers, etc. So they can't put it in Whyred.
Well it would be very great if it works in future builds.

Call waiting and jio call timer working?
Are hardware encryption and volte working in this build? I'm currently on havoc os 8.1 rom (encrypted storage) and want to flash this rom without wiping my data.

This rom has been a wonderful surprise for me. It does not seem to be an alpha version, I would call it stable. I find two minor bug: a) On each restart I am asked to reconfigure the sim cards. b) "Send screen" does not work, does not recognize, does not find my television. Thank you very much for this sensational work ... I hope you continue your development and update.

Internals of XOS
At core, the ROM is composed mainly of components from CodeAuroraForums (CAF),
featuring only extremely minor set of components from CyanogenMod (CM) which
have been added to source in order to allow for better cross-device compatibility.

From cm 12.1 wiped data cache dalvik system
Installed this zip
No gapps flashed yet
My observation:
->Tap to wake causing problems - Disable it
->Boot loader charging screen not appearing after flashing.
->Trying volte to work. "APN setting not available for this user."
Mobile data working fine.
->First boot no gapps 600MB ram used by system very good
right?
->Minimal apps preloaded
->Preferred Network selection has lots of options- don't need to
type *#*#4636#*#* at dailer.

How to root this rom and how to install substratum, next update will come from dev or not? And one more thing the OTA update app is showing "The rom is not compatible with OTA updates. Plz contact your rom developer. This app requires custom rom where the developer has specifically enebled support. Do not rate star 1 bcz of this. This is not a fault". So how to fix all those stof?

About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.
We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours. Big or small, the focus was always on contributing to the community. That is ultimately why we do what we do. After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and again, gain contributors. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew even more and learned a whole lot more.
It has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward. Lastly, we DO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. All we do ask, is that you have patience, search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!

Great ROM, but settings crashes when tapping device extras in dirty tweaks. Know any method of fixing this?
Hi folks, i am noobing... i had installed dirty unicorns recently and i am facing issue with volte.. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt, can someone plzzz suggest me how to get rid of that annoying problem. using JIO voice app i am able to do calls from app. my phone will work without app or sometime and when i checked the options using *#*#4636#*#* it is showing same options as it is was before when i was able to make calls normally

Hey @fir3walk, if you want to fix developer options in Slim you must disable frp in build.prop. I know it because I'm developing Slim7 for the Leeco Le Max 2 (my sister have a redmi 3s that's why I'm here ). It's the best custom rom for me, I'm also trying to make it official for Le Max 2. If you need help with something send me a PM

To make it official you guys need to contact Slim team via email (in his web page http://slimroms.org ). I don't know if they're accepting any more devices until Oreo and one of th most important devs (the one I talk to make it official) is uncommunicated due to hurricane Maria so that's why they haven't answered you >.< @fir3walk and @dineshthangavel47 work together for Slim, the more you are the better and don't doubt in contacting via PM. Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.
We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours. Big or small, the focus was always on contributing to the community. That is ultimately why we do what we do. After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and again, gain contributors. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew even more and learned a whole lot more.
It has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward. Lastly, we DO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. All we do ask, is that you have patience, search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!
Flashing Instructions:
- Verify that you're using the latest version of TWRP
- Perform a FULL WIPE as described below if coming from another ROM or a different version of Android
(A full wipe is when you wipe system, data,cache & dalvik/art cache)
- Flash the latest version of this ROM
- Flash recommended GAPPS linked below
- Reboot and ENJOY!!

Sorry bro But can you tell me if you faced any random drop network issue.? I tried 3 different Oreo builds in last 4 hours and all of them had network drop issue!! From the start of setup. Like during setup only 4 to 5 times network dropped.

yes, its there but only if the network range is too low.

Sir please fix this issue, i really loved all these super smooth roms, but I can't use them with this issue.

Regarding the goodix fp it had no problem on ur previous aex rom (not the updated one) maybe that would be useful for fixing it
some of dirty tweaks option unavailable ( blank page )

Boot into recovery
Backup your current ROM
Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
Flash Bliss Rom
Reboot into Rom
Reboot to Bootloader
Boot into TWRP.img
Flash Google Apps package
Flash TWRP installer after booting TWRP.img
Reboot to recovery
Flash Root of your choice(Unless OP states otherwise)
First boot may take up to 10 minutes. This is due to Gapps and root optimization.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you and our team quite some time.
Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.

Great rom with everything working just fine.
I found some essential features missing like disabling the hardware buttons. Seperate ring and notification volume and double tap to wake. Also would like to see addition of the dirty unicorns smartbar and fling navigation. Or the pie navbar.
Also the carbon gestures trigger area should be customizable. Creats problems while in apps.
