Hi all, I'm new here and i have a malfunctioned phone so thought I'd give this a shot and learn some stuff from you guys..
I have a bricked galaxy s3 which cant get into download mode. Computer detects it as Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008 in device manager and QPST software sees it in download mode via the same COM port.
Now I want to know... is there any luck is this phone completely dead? and what if i send it back for repair (i took it for JTAG and i was told the chip that boots the phone is burnt out when flashing a corrupted rom)
If you have any info or experience regarding this your help is much needed and appreciated.

It is hard bricked my friend a lot of us have suffered this also, JTAG or maybe warranty is your only option.
I used the LG Flash Tool 2014 for my device to try to recover from a bricked phone. And I think i made it worse after using the kdz file and it completed 100%. I took the battery out and unplugged the phone when it was done. It wont even show anything on the screen now or go into recovery mode. But I do show RELINK HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM5) under the device options in my device manager when I connect the phone to the computer. Also it does make the device connected sound when I plug it in the computer. What can I do to get out of this mess? Thanks in the advance for any help that I can get.
Any help will be appreciated. THanks.
Hi guys. I flashed wrong rom to my galaxy grand 2 G7102 and it went hard brick. It's not showing any signs of life. download mode isn't working either. What should I do? Should I use JIG for unbricking? If yes, do I need to buy any specific jig or any jig will do fine?

Connect your android to PC. Install vcom drivers. See your android detect in QH-USB QDLoader 9008 port in your computer device manager.
If yes then download ZTE Tool Studio emmc tool. Run tool studio as a administrator. Click on green icon. Tool studio recognize your android in 9008 port. Click on browse and select your rom folder.
Click on advanced and see all files are selected or not. Click on start to start flashing your android.
I hope it unbrick your android.
can some one provide me the debrick.img for galaxy ace3 Gt-7275r ?
my phone is hard bricked and i can't do nothing with the button combinations and when i connect it to pc it's detecting as HS-usb qdloader. i tried usb jig and its not working either. Thank you!
I have an older ladies phone which just stopped working, it shows up as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 in device manager when plugged in my laptop, would anyone be kind to upload a debrick image to try as a last resort? i already tried a usb jig with a 301k resistor (which worked on my old galaxy s5 so ik it works) which didnt work, I am assuming the latest update bricked it due to a poor wifi connection or just hardware failure. Hope someone can help with a debrick image for this phone! hope all is well!
