I don't have the device, but it should be working near flawlessly on any officially treble enabled device.

Right, there haven't really been issues with treble from big manufacturers now has there? Now that Xiaomi is trying to be a bit more competent it's probably proper.

Flash xiaomi eu mi mix 2s twrp through fastboot(https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=818070582850507462), wipe and flash the system image to system.
You can just flash the system image through fastboot, but custom recovery is just more convenient.

The Android P version has the 4.9.84 but I don't remember if is the same of the MIUI stable, in my opinion the photos looks better with the google camera

Compiled, it boots.
I tried to make TWRP based on this kernel, but it stuck at the first logo screen. Sad.

Don't know, in DP2 there's only the snapdragon camera but you can install the google one via play store.
It haven't the nexus/pixel features like automatic HDR but it still works better then MIUIs one

AOSP Based On Project Treble

AOSP for mate 10 lite based on project treble confirmed
First off all you need to be on android 8.0 stock rom (beta) linked below

The Bugs I found so far is no USB connection so no usb debugging and no ambient light sensor
Everything else working fine
By the way android version in the about page shows its android 8.0 which is wrong because I am coming from 8.0 Stock

Battery consumption is normal and both of cameras works fine

@3lsheikh bro i flashed AOSP but it has few bugs, so i decided to flash the LOS 15.1 from Honor 9 lite (from the link u gave) , so to flash the LOS 15.1 i first flashed the TWRP for oreo (flashed successfully), but when i tried to wipe/flash the phone it shows around 6 errors that "data,cache ........not mounted", and when i try to mount data and other partitions it do not mounts, kindly give me the solution? how did you flashed LOS 15.1 successfully?

thanks, yup i flashed the wrong recovery, recovery is fine now, so now i tried to flashed LOS15.1 of honor 9 lite (the link u provided) but its stuck on LOS logo. (only logo animation appearing) and nothing else.
what am i doing wrong?

How to install:
* make sure you are using emui 8 for mate 10 lite.
* you must install TWRP Recovery

* reboot to system
* Enjoy

you want some additional flavor. try to flash this! i think you really like it. and try to install oneplus camera latest and oneplus gallery latest. it works perfectly without error. hope you enjoy!

Which TWRP did you use??? And which gapps dis you use? Link for gapps is dead. in opengapps.org i don't know which to sellect in platform (arm, arm64, x86, x86_64)?

Im not sure, because mine im going back to stock rom first, i think you might have a problem on camera if you direct install on morfuz.

The battery was no go for me, It's draining when i leave it overnight

1. i install greenify apps giving root permission and hibernate all the apps that not usually needed and also give access to hibernate system apps.
2. I'm disabling the NFC service and also i disabled the WI-fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning.
however tomorrow i will give an update for battery usage, i hope it will works.

Hey I installed the rom, gapps and magisk but when I boot up no root and magisk doesnt even appear. Any idea?

Solved the problem by reinstalling everything.

I fixed it but not that procedure, i used another doze app, but i every time i restarted i need to activate it, but i found another apps i will give you an update tomorrow, because i recently install this afternoon. Im sorry im not tried it yet v4a to this rom.

No major bug. but sometimes the only i encounter when i use to install apk it freezes but when i restarted it installed completely but as of my experience i recommend it for daily use.

I don't want to compare i appreciate every rom ?, because its in the taste of its of every user what are they prefer, but for me just want to explore the possibility and to latest mod and ROM., Try maybe you love it too, ? i have also posted MODs for extra flavor on it to feel more android experience for the new ROM. ?

Hello, Actually I really love the android P experience even more than Emui which morfuz is based upon my only concern is.. is it good dfor a daily driver?

[ROM]Asus Zenfone Pro Max M1 ROM on Redmi Note 5 Pro/Ai(Whyred)

For me it is the best rom on Whyred i ever used(I used most of Miui/Linage/AOSP based rom) in terms of Performance and Smoothness . And it doesn't have image retention issue,some whyred user having that issue on other rom even stock rom, it has some minor bug.

I used Derp Kernel 3.4 with it,And it is on Android Oreo, it is amost stock android.
I don’t know who is the developer of this ROM and and it’s development forum(He also ported Oxyzen OS for Whyred).
I wish some other developer give it a try and made a rom based on it, or original developer develop it more in future.

2.flash rom
3.(optional-flash lazy flasher,derp kernel)

Gcam version: GCam-5.1.018-Pixel2Mod-Arnova8G2-V8.3b1
Enabled camera2 api with flashing Camera2 api enabler.zip via twrp.
Everything working.
