Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on Ground Zero Open Source Project (GZOSP) and brings custom features with the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of "Making you feel like 家".

Rom is a little bit laggy but
no fc's for me ,
Youtube 1080p playing without any issue,
Rich in terms of customization,
Volte working after reboot,
As it is alpha build so ignore lags waiting for its beta build

I have selected the option of always on in ambient display ..but after turning on that function. Anbient display is not always on its mostly off

This rom is very good working fine and smooth without any lags
It has many themes
Customisations are very good
In my openion its the best rom amoung all custom roms for redmi 6 pro

ROM is power-packed with all the features required we think of,
Snappy in performance & ram management ,

No lag or glicth so far, works even better with Thunderstorm kernel..

Excellent ROM, snappy and fluid. Just one tip, I would like to have San Francisco fonts that have been in crDroid ROM. Also there's no sync option in quick settings.
PS. Edge gestures need fix. When I swipe from left or right side of bottom of the screen it should simulate back button, but it doesn't, instead it's like I pressed home button.

It's built by 2 diff devs so there might be some performance, battery or stability difference, and it's not recommended to dirty flash, it might work, but lots of features might be broken

i was tried to run gcam on front camera in this build, but the picture i took is black, in my setup gcam patch already installed, and i also did any work arround i to get that stuff working with changing the kernel, but the problem still there. unlike in the official build (02/23) everything works perfect without any issues (im just change the kernel to make it works)

Found a bug. It is consistent accross all the builds that I've tried.
BUG:
Upon reboot the Music Content Provider database loses a lot of the stored data so only some of the music on my phone are displayed in music apps that rely on the content provider.
FIX:
Fix has always been to go into App Settings and find MediaStorage and clear its storage. Then use a MediaScanner app to rescan the files on my phone.
Note:
Issue only seems to affect the Audio Content Provider. Not the others.

Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on AOSP with some patches and fixes from LineageOS and various other projects. The idea is to bring custom features and some of the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of Making you feel like 家.
With an almost stable source, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpapers (avaliable on ShishuWalls), ringtones, fonts, and themes to bring to your device into a more fresh look and give you always a good experience.

What type of camera apps its use?

Latest build changelog

Please change the volte icon in the status bar like the stock one as it takes more space in the status bar.

So far so good. Hope you could fix the glitches when using face filter like on Facebook messenger. Not sure if logs could capture it but please see attachment.

Is it same as dhairy build or its different?

Was wondering as well. It's a good ROM. Hopefully it wasn't abandoned.

Was testing out different ROMs and stumbled upon this one. All features that I wanted exist + more! Like, same features exist in other ROMs but the difference here is they actually work on ROM, unlike others! (Network Traffic on Status Bar, Hold Power to activate torch, Status Bar Icon Padding, etc.) I just wish it would also have the option of System Theme changing from light to dark based on system time. Otherwise, the ROM is perfect!

All good but for some reason after it hits 15% the theme will go on Dark Mode but once fully charged the theme won't go back to Light Theme even after reboot. Anyone have the same problem? I did clean flash BTW.
Other than that it's all good. With Pie already out hope the camera will totally fixed as some photos don't save and just use one camera for both Back and Front.
