Best build for the S5 Neo so far, thanks so much for your work on this.
Upgraded my phone saturday. So far a battery drain (maybe an app badly closed) soved with reboot and random problems with cam, sometimes freezes (black screen), only solution is reboot.
Anyway a great build end great work, keep improving.

By any chance...
Did you flash your stock firmware via Odin before you flashed TWRP and DotOS? If you haven't make sure you flashed the correct firmware of your phone's region, flash TWRP, Wipe and then flash DotOS.

From original firmware 6.0.1 (made only updates from Samsung OTA, never flashed a rom) unlocked and then flashed TWRP via Odin, then wiped all and flashed DotOS.
Already made the first update (20180914).
So far never got another battery drain (may be was Pokemon GO related).
The cam had autofocus problems since the beginning, used Camera FV-5 and Cinema FV-5 as workaround for better results, but now this apps can't correctly save on SD with Oreo, downloaded Open Camera that meets my needs and don't freezes as native cam (works fine first time you open it or use for a photo but when you reopen you have a black screen if you taken a photo before, if you didn't works fine)
After a couple of days I can highlight just two things
1) during charge led is incorrectly green, should be green just when 100%
2) mic volume is still a bit low (compared to original Samsung rom), now I must speak slightly much near to mic.
didn't used bluetooth so far.

1) That is normal on almost all ROMs and can be changef in the settings. Default is 90% = Green if i am correct.
2) This ROM has the same bugs that are present in the Lineage 15.1 ROM, he mic issue is one of them.
I've been looking for a new ROM as a replacement for Samsung's annoyingly laggy creation and dotOS is perhaps the only one officially supported for s5neo...
So what's the deal with the microphone sensitivity issue? Is it really that bad? Are there other bugs that would prevent comfortable daily usage?
This is working perfect. A bug is that thwre is no light on soft keys
The ROM is great. No doubt about it. Big ups. So far i havent experienced any bugs or any slows. The only thing im concerned about is battery charging. Battery seems to be draining the same as every custom ROM ive tried out there. But charging the battery is just really slow. I have never had any problems charging the battery, ive also flashed back to Zapryanovv and there battery charging was no problem. Does anyone have any explanation to what may it be? Thanks

Please note, during setting the pin/password, if your phone gets stuck, just wait for 1-2 minutes. Afterwards it will work normally.
In case you're not able to recover from irresponsive system, boot into twrp, use the inbuilt file explorer to navigate to root/data/system and delete files having locksettings in their name such as locksettings.db. Reboot and set you pin/password again, wait for a minute and you'll be fine.

Like all other oreo roms, my phone freezes if I try to set pin/pattern. So you have to wipe all system again, this really sucks =(

It's a known bug. All you have to do is to wait for like 2 minutes after having entered the pin. Afterwards, it will work just fine.
In case your device froze, you don't need to wipe whole system partition. Just delete following files located in data/system from TWRP and reboot.
locksettings.db
locksettings.db-shm
locksettings.db-wal

Can you be more specific? You are getting FC for which app(s)? If it's google play services, clean flash the rom and gapps together and then reboot.
Related to GAPPS only, mostly Google Play Services. Everything other works really great. OK, I'm gonna try flash that together.

You can try the Gzr Gapps worked for me like butter on bread

*1st SMART NAVBAR BUG.
coudnt set home button as home screen on double press or recent button as recent apps after applying it from dot extra navbar settings.
* 2nd Music
After enabling equilizer music play stops nd coudnt play .
3rd Camera
I loved the camera app but when i turned on HDR mode camera crashes nd i have to reopen the app.
Short review: This is the most fluid nd Buttery smooth rom compared to other oreo rom available till now. Beautiful ui + android p like quick setting bar + very less laggy ui. Its colorful too nd its USP of dot OS.
Will report other bugs if i face any.hope above will be fixed soon(request)

1. I don't know why you would want to double tap to go to home screen but i checked on my falcon and it's working fine.
2. Will look into it.
3. It's a known issue across falcon and titan and no dev has been able to fix it so far.

1st bug ---- Its showing only "double press " option while selecting custom action set up for navbar.
Note ::: home button did not work by default + recent button too (I think same prob has been reported by other user too)sir. I have faced no issues on other roms regarding tht.
And i fgot to tell
--- Quick setting bar also not scrolling down nor we can edit anything there (like adding tiles )cuz no edit options available there,
Nd please do check music equilizer bug too.after enbling it music stops.

I really like the style and fluidity of this rom, unfortunately i have come to really love gestures for navigation and afaik there is no option to use festures for navigation could you add these or did i not find the option to turn navigation gestures on?

You can use some aaplication on playstore like xda gesture or fluid gestures . It works well

DotOS is the only Rom for Tulip that does not flash on TWRP and then the Gapps. She makes mistakes. Please correct!

3.-if you are talking about goodix, they didn't release fingerprint's source so... NO source=NO support.

My fingerprint shows as FPC but it's not showing if i restart my phone it need to many restarting to show again so it's not good in this rom after 2 days

ok about fingerprint i find that when i'm using secure startup it disappears from setting it works fine now, he was right about considering this rom as stable for now couse it's really the most stable android 10 i have used
battery is good i got 7 Hr screen on time GPS and wifi always on
this rom is good animations are smooth i used pixel experience it was really bad with animation and really poor rom, have a mic issue with facebook messenger and whatsapp and i have used lineage it was the same story
so far it's the most stable android 10 rom i will use it as my daily driver

How's the microphone quality on this rom? It was good in Havoc pie but now I've tried Pixys OS and the microphone sounds terrible. What about this rom?
Clean flashed with this ROM. Overall everything works great. Except for the usual fingerprint issue.
Just observe something and I found out that whenever I press hold on an icon and tap the app info. It shutdowns immediately the app info page after I tap it into. Maybe this can be look into?
RebellionOS works for my mido upon setup. While HavocOS does not.
I replace my old daily driver pe extended os unofficial with this ROM.
Happy with this ROM.
Update: App Info works fine now for me.
If anyone likes the software nav bar. It works on this ROM.
Just as usual. Add qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 on the build.prop file then reboot.
Also enable 2 button navigation or 3 button navigation on the settings/system/gestures if you like.
APN Settings Blank
I have a problem with mobile data not being able to use, when I check the APN settings "setting the access point name is not available for this user" I added manually, after saving nothing happened. any solution?

Did you do dirty flash or clean flash? Mobile data for me is working fine and i also have visible settings in APN.
Fingerprint is not working for me also and this is an old issue. Lets just wait for the updates of the developers.

for the APN problem is fixed, but I found a problem in this ROM, I don't know if it's a bug or not. I play music with YouTube Music and when the music starts, the screen suddenly locks and can't enter the system at all

Thanks for the rom this is the first rom that would boot on my sprint n900p. Two quick issues the phone app keeps closing and the rom also says that I don't have a sim card. Other than the rom looks real nice. Do you have any suggestions for me I would love to use this rom.

First of all thank you for this awesome rom. There are minor problems.
I have tried many android 10 roms. I think this rom was my most satisfied.
But that was the problem I had with others. The notification light does not work.
Android 9 roms do not have such a problem but when I install android 10 notification light
is having a problem. What would be the reason?

Do you enable it from settings?
Superior settings > notification > notification light.
Check there.

I try everyhing. The result is negative. I did some research. Samsung's android 10 update was problematic in this respect. A patch was released in April and then improved. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work because we couldn't get this patch.
Has anyone else with this problem other than me?

Strange. All my tester have no problem regarding notification led including me myself. It work like usual.

Because of this problem, I do not want to change the rom. A great rom. But the notification light is a must. Isn't there a solution to this?
There is another minor problem. Pictures are not saved in the gallery when you select the sd card as the storage location on the camera. But this problem is insignificant. The main problem is the notification light.

I will take a look on notification led later.
Regarding the picture not saved, it not saved on DCIM folder, but it save in android>data>org.lineage.snap.
It has been modified by lineages since it need access to sd card to save the picture.

Something was stuck in my mind. I don't use TWRP while flashing the rom. I use philz touch. So would there be a notification light problem?
TWRP is causing problems for me.
I never thought I'd see the day when Android 10 would work on Sprint devices. Well done. If the lack of built-in blue screen filter and no signal reception
(it always shows as no bar signal even when calls and data come in just fine) are the only noticeable glitches, I can live with that.
