Hi, stupid question about Google Pay on Wear OS.
Currently Google Pay isn't available in France but will launch very soon.
As my Vivo Nex S don't has NFC and isn't certified (on Google Play Store), I will still be able to setup Google Pay on my smartwatch?

Google has announced that Google Pay is available in Australia but my google pay still disabled itself automatically. I am already updated to the latest Google pay app, google service and wear os 2.10.0.188487362. Could that only because I am pairing with iPhone? Any one in Australia is experiencing the same issue?
I've just bought my new P30 and Play Store says it's incompatible with Google Pay.
Five clarifications:
1. It's the EU version of the smartphone
2. I'm in Ukraine
3. Play Store says the device is certified
4. NFC is turned on and Google Pay is chosen as default method in the NFC configuration
5. Now I have 9.1.0.240 patch 03 version of the firmware and it says it's the latest one
What I've tried to fix this so far:
1. Clear cache and memory for Play Store
2. Reboot
3. Uninstall updates for the Play Store app
4. Place sim to the second slot (several people claimed this helped them)
Any other ideas?
Thanks in advance!

I will answer for myself if it helps anybody.
If you have Play Store saying that your device is certified, but Google Pay is not supported by it, and you're sure that you are in the country where Google Pay is supported, please go to Play Store - Account - Preferences - Country and profiles and check that you have enabled the profile with allowed country.
What happened to me, I used to live in a country where Google Pay is not supported and then moved to a country where it is and forgot that I had a card that was somehow linked to the first country. Once I had a profile for the new country, Play Store allowed me to install Google Pay.
When using my Google Pixel phone all I had to do is have it on and google pay was easy and simple. With my Oneplus I have to be in the Google pay app and sometimes type in my passcode for Google pay to work. Is their an easier way such as having Google pay stay active in RAM?
I never have that problem. I just on my NFC, my google pay is ready to go. I'm on stock beta ROM.
Google Pay works the same on OP7 as any other android device, it just needs screen to be on.
Hi,
I know google services/store, etc is blocked but I wonder if services are still installed so all I need to do is download the apk for the store? I saw a previous thread that the Samsung note 10+ in China still had google services installed if it was hidden and I am wondering if that will be the same for s21.
I am living in China and was looking to buy the s21 ultra but I don't have any experience rooting or flashing if that is what is needed to get google services/app store on it.
Use Yalp Store. The point of Yalp Store is to be small and independent from Google Services Framework.

Cool, thanks for the info! I will look into that but overall would prefer to just see if I could install google services framework first.

Yes, you can install the Google Play Store on your Xiaomi Mix2s and Mi11 China ROM directly from Apkpure/Apkmirror, and it should work fine. However, updating the Google Play Store itself might be a challenge.
But don't worry, there are solutions available. You can try searching for the latest version of the Google Play Store APK file on reliable websites like Apkpure or Apkmirror and manually install the update.
By doing so, you'll be able to keep your Play Store up to date and enjoy the latest features and improvements. Hope this helps, and best of luck with your Play Store updates!
