I have downloaded the files and put them on box (cant post the link yet) for the benefit of anyone else.

Mine just arrived today and apart from it only having 4GB flash instead of the 8 that was advertised when I ordered it, all looks good.
You might try CPU Identifier to check on the device.

I've not seen the 0403 ROM yet but am running the 0323 ROM. It looks really good, my main issue is that the FM radio is stuck on mono.
Also, to enable EPO GPS assistance you need to enter the engineering menu: *#*#3646633#*#*
