Now I am going to give you a custom rom for Xolo Era X/4G
Important notes:I m not responsible for anything goes wrong.Do it at your own risk...
Lineage os 13 was built by @muralivijay for Xolo Era 4G
The rom contains many bugs
I have fixed bugs in this rom but still the rom contains some minor bugs...

1.Download all the files given below and go to twrp recovery
2.Take full backup
3.Wipe dalvik cache, cache, data,system
4.Go to install and install rom,Bug fixing patch,Gapps,magisk(optional for root permission)
5.Reboot and wait atleast 5-10 min

that's great, xolo a low end device and it need Open source OS not the google one
anyway i have cleaned everything on my xolo era 4G and restarted it now its stuck on the logo what can i do to fix it?

rom working on xolo era 1x
flashed the rom on xolo era 1x, installed gapps pico.
Rom is working but stuck in safe mode, can't normal boot even after reboot.

No more support for this.. Development already dead

Change aspect ratio from full screen to 4:3 and 8MP will be available.

OK so the new Xolo are coming with downgrade processor I dunno which processor is mine but still will it work if not what file should I use it to make it work

Tried it.. The phone was stuck at boot logo for 15-20 mins, Is it normal??
Anyway.. I removed the battery, rebooted into recovery and restored my backup.. So no damage done

HOW TO INSTALL
Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)
Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM
Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.
Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES
Reboot.
THINGS TOBE NOTED
First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
wait until it boots.
After first boot ignore any systemui fc

im a fan on coloros rom..i ve ported it for galaxy s2 and its amazing..althoug my version was 4.2.1 with stamina mode and other coloros OS tweaks..great work my friend..i sure must try this rom.
system does not starts....it only restarts every time....almost 15 times it has been restarted till now....waiting for first boot....

There is a upload error with the rom, as i give all files to upload to my friend because of my lightening fast internet speed.
Currently i am on BQ rom and making kernel from source which maybe useful to make cm for xolo.
Already i have TWRP 2.8.1.0 made by XDA member.
I will definatly cure the error with least possible download means a patch to flash after rom, as most of u downloaded the rom already.
As I am busy with this give me some time of 2-3 days to get a conclusion and upload a patch or whole rom.
i believe in avi320 and i like his work..but as fellow developer i never release a rom without testing..thats why i asked..but now i know that is upload error and not him..just like this rom is one of my favourites (i ve released a v2 for galaxy s2 http://smokermanxda.blogspot.pt/2014/07/coloros-20-android-422.html.
@avi320 are you in a BQ ROM wich one? stock kitkat? it works fine on your xolo? how is the partitions? it makes 16gb with 13 gb available like in my BQ 5.7? I d like to work on a customized kernel with a few more governors and with the partitions solved but we have so few users with this phone..it seems not worth it to work on it.
another problem is that your ported roms in our BQ doesnt recognize DUAL SIM..only 1 SIM..look at build props:

Hello Sir,
I flashed BQ stock ROM, have a builded kernel from BQ source.
BQ and xolo are clones. We can use any stock rom just need to flash whole rom with sp tools.
Yes there is partition problem - it shows only one partition phone storage as 13gb.
Its the main reason kernel not working in xolo roms as partition table is different - we are trying to solve the problem by making changes in kernel.
It is as u said number of users are less and those who use dont respond much- lets see how far we can go - if kernel boots in xolo.
If u willing to experiment just try this - (already sent a PM to charlie_1988 on HTCmania but he not yet responded.)

backup current rom
flash my any kitkat rom

The confusion between me and uploader cost this trouble.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused because of the miscommunication between me and my friend.

Otg pendrive worked
Network loss on volume down no more

Sound recorder giving error that storage full recording stopped

Everything is working fine.
sound recorder working fine for me( may be you have not applied 2.5gb patch or it could be anything.
xposed not works in cm12.1
Also we can Port kernel 3.10.x
not that much big task it will fix some bugs for sure.
we can make a threat for discuss ion purposes.

Yeah Tubemate is good but it is for downloading videoes
But The Problem can be fixed i m will work on it after my exams ( 23 dec ) ...currently njoying the miui 7 very stable n awesome rom so far

i knw tubemate is good for download but its also play video...
*hmmm.....480p & 1080p video nt play in tubemate
but still miui is best for me youtube is more smoother then any aother third party app ..... hehehe i love youtube

The stock rom didn't work for me it got stuck at boot logo 'canvas turbo' waited for at least 15 min but still same
I also reflashed it used twrp recovery for flashing it

#If the port ROM kernel is 3.10.65 use stock ROM of p1m as base

VoLTE seems stable but network issue is there. Network is lost frequently and SIMs can't be activated/verified by MI account. I think this is an issue this ROM is having it now. Another one is notification light . Other than these the ROM is working well. Hope the developer will get sometime to fix this.

Sorry to chime in here. I'm having a real networking issue with mi account. Both of my sims couldn't be verified though I tried several times to find my device using i.mi.com in PC and it was succeeded in detecting my device but the bogus mi account can't verify my second sim, failing multiple times sending messages.
Again I reflashed the ROM but same thing happened only Airtel sim has signal but Jio doesn't have and no volte sign. Then I tried to remove mi account and created a new account with my mail id and it sent verification message but my inbox shows nothing from mi. This is ridiculous! If you find anytime to read my message, please find a solution. Best of luck with your developments!

I successfully activated Jio sim but net is very slow and very poor signal and again the Airtel got deactivated . It has not been verified by mi account. Tried so many times but mi failed to send verification message.
Can you make an uninstaller to uninstall Viper and Dolby Atmos and allows the ROM user/s to chose other soundmod from here to flash?
