Hi guys, I have a problem with my unit eonon Ga8161 7.1 px3, KLD. The microphone does not work, it never did (external, I think there is not), I tried with Bluetooth and with Google now is not signs of life .. Cables are ok. The company sent me a new Bluetooth module, I soldered but nothing, the problem remains, even a friend of mine with px3 mb KLD has a similar problem and the company is going around and wants the radio back to China .. With timing very long .. Can you help me figure out where to check? The MB seems to have no welding problems.

now I have in my Peugeot 407 headunit with chipset Mediatek 8227L, and Its really annoying because I can set sleep time only 60 minutes max. And everytime I must wait about 1 minute until the Android is fully started, and its loading every app again and again.
So Iam thinking about buying PX5 unit: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32858966411.html
Can someone tell me how its work with this unit? Does it have some sleep mode like mobile phones and when I turn my key it will load in like 3 sec even after lets say 4 days of not using my car?

Hi, this forum relates to MTCD/E units so you would need to find out if the unit is a MTCD/E. Not all PX5 units are MTCx.
And how do I recognize what unit it is?

That image is low res, looks like it might be MTCD.
If it is, yes they support sleep or low power state/suspend. Power consumption in sleep is so small, months would pass before depleting the car battery.
There's alot of posts covering this subject, search for more.

my px6 car radio continues to have random crashes especially a few minutes after starting the car, the seller does not answer me anymore,
I tried various roms, the problem is still there, suddenly I'm staying on the rom halk 9, I check the wiring, everything is good, after it has frozen 1 or 2 times, I can roll 2 non stop time the problem will reappear only during the next start the next day, my mcu version is (MTCE_MX_v3.41_1 15 nov2019), I can't find anything on a possible update or demotion of this mcu, would you have any tracks to study? thank you

Do you have a hammer. Return under warranty or replace SOM might be the best option.
You're looking for someone reading these forums to guess what the issue is with your unit. It is unlikely a software issue and apparently unable to work at a hardware level.
Had the same issue with mine a PX30 unit with MTCE MCU version.
Turned out that the Canbus is rejecting the unit.
I have a Opel Corsa D. Astra H have the same issue.
If you have steering wheel integration, you have to connect the CanBus Decoder to a seperate 12v connecting like cigarette lighter.
Preferably also the power to the unit itself (not when Canbus Decoder is feeding it).
Both CanBus Decoder and Head unit must be not be powered when carkey is removed.

I have same problem from the day one of installation. It's nearly 10 months. Always crashes and freeze, I want to go back to stock unit.
Px6 android 9, Nissan Xtrail 2019.
Anyone please help me how to fix? My seller don't care my complaint. If someone have this issue, please guide how to rectify!! May be update to android 10??

I am very new to this kind of stuff. I recently bought a used car with a px5 hu installed, seller factory reset. When I go to activate zlink its asking for for the device to be synched with the internet time. My phone and and head unit are on Chicago central time. Head unit is on phone wifi and phone is connected to hu bluetooth. Like I said, I am very new to this so any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated.

Did you try pushing the RST button until the panel buttons flash?
If not then do that and as soon they flash, release the button and press it again for a short time.
Then you will be set into the recovery mode. There you can reset the unit. Seems that the bootloader is faulty.

How much time should i push and hold, couse i was holding about one min and nothing just when realesing rst button The light flash for a sec and thats it..

Pumpkin is just a reseller and has different manufacturer. they just stick their label on it.
Each manufaturer has its own way to get into the recovery... if they have one.
You may send us the link to the unit you bought, may be one can determine what unit we are talking about.

This is one of the units, only Pumpkin and the reseller can give further information if you don´t know the MCU version.
If you have it on hand... may be we can find something.
May be... Pumpkin AA0571B-B01 / PX6 - 4GB Ram/64GB Rom / Android 10 / rk3399 MCU MTCE_HT_V3.60_
That means you should post your request in the right forum: https://forum.xda-developers.com/f/mtcd-software-development.7379/
But first... I would contact Pumpkin or the reseller for a firmware.
If that doesn´t help, you may have a look at the Hal9k firmware.

I tried to write them, but they don't respond for me, that's why am looking for help here. And the problem is how to get in the recovery mode or how turn on that thing
If you don´t get response... go the way written in the Hal9k thread I already linked. May be a good start would be to create a bootable SD card with Android 10.... but honestly: This is not the right place here. That´s the reason I reported this thread to be moved into the right place.
