I have Mi 4i since when it was launched, since I dont like to Sell phones so i need some who can explain me how to build a rom. I am fully noob about it. Explain everything like device tree, kernels, etc.
If anyone can help me to explain i will be very thankful.

Hi XDA people! I am very new here and I created an account solely for the purpose of asking any kind stranger out here if you can send me one of your Global Fastboot ROMs for the Xiaomi Mi 4i? Any stable version would do. If you have the latest, i'd prefer that one. I recently installed an OTA update and the phone is now stuck in bootloop and I can't get the recovery mode to work. PLUS, I have a REALLY SLOW internet connection and I can't download any files from Xiaomi's server. Could you please send me one of your FASTBOOT ROMS via Google Drive? Hi everybody,
My name is Cistler, and i have a Chinese MTK6580 Goophone i7 Plus. And i want to make a custom version of the CopperheadOS rom for this phone.
But because i have very little experince in the android programming.
I don't think its smart to just try something, because then i will end up with a bricked phone.
So if anybody is interessted to help me with this project, and learn me how this works i would be very grateful.
So anybody who is enthusiastic about this idea and knows how this can be done please hit me up in my mailbox.

I'm not a developer, I'm just a simple user.
I'm asking you Mi A1 owners to write in this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-5x/development/rom-android-one-port-mi5x-t3692244/page8 if you are available to help Aex12 (developer of Mi A1 porting to Mi 5x).
Basically, you just need to upload somewhere dumped system.img and boot.img, each time a new update is out.
We could all benefit from.
