I'm using sky ics ROM. I get an error when updating flash player that says I need to uninstall and try again. I can't figure out how to uninstall flash. any suggestions?
Menu--settings--applications--manage applications--All. Should be right there

There was no option to uninstall there but I found it under TiBu. I had to uninstall it and reboot before it quit giving me errors trying to install the latest flash player

D'oh. Never mind. Rebooting, as suggested, provided the fix.
You're welcome. Also trying to install through market multiple times sometimes gives the option to uninstall directly from the market.
Flash player in that rom is custom so that hulu works that's why you can't update it. In fact if you uninstall it and reinstall from market you lose hulu
That has been fixed with the updates for the modded hulu+ so we can now update flash player

from 2 or 3 hour, I've installed FB, and it has replaced the launcher (maybe, not sure)
How can I remove it?
If I go to the setting panel, I don't find anithing to remove it.

Hi, do you just want to unistall facebook app?
You need to root your device and after that you have access to all device app's. Just install TITANIUM BACKUP, and unistall the facebook app (care, do not unistall things that you dont know)

If you installed FB recently, i think that you were enable to unistall it easily (root device is only 2nd choice, sorry). Go to the app menu, and go to options, you should have the option to remove recent apps ...
Before doing anything, I would try to go to play.google.com/apps. Click my apps, find facebook, and uninstall. I haven't heard of any devices so far that have facebook baked in...

1. boot on fastboot : vol- + power button for 20secondes
2. Connect to a computer and write " fastboot oem unlock"
3. download twrp recovery
4. type fastboot boot recovery-twrp.img
5. flash supersu.zip by the twrp recovery.
The problem is , can someone port a twrp recovery to the yotaphone Y3.

com.journeyui.phonemanager
com.zhangyue.coolyota.major
com.zhangyue.coolyota.minor
But the phone still cannot install any apps or access the Play Store anymore (the first 2 days it was all working fine).
Can you write a tutorial of how to setup a fresh device after factory reset with working Play Store and somehow preventing it from stopping and getting Google account errors and sync problems?

After you successfully install play store in your phone, you could see '咪咕阅读' popped up in your update list. DON'T UPDATE THIS APP EVER.
I suppose this app should be implemented in system level with wrong configuration. Even you didn't install it before, it would be in your installation list.
Stop auto-update first and never install this app. I figure this out after 6 times factory resetting.

It looks like ill have to factory reset again and uninstall that app, but then which app is responsible for making the phone not being able to install any app?
咪咕阅读 it's this app. Even though you delete it, it will pop up in your update list in Google play store again. So disable auto update first and don't update this app ever.

Let me if it worked for you. I suppose they bundled this app with system files which course this problem
I'm using Xiaomi redmi S2. New user.
So i downloaded an apk from chrome and go to the Settings > Additional settings > Privacy > Special app access > Install unknown apps then clicked File manager and turned on "Allow from this sources" so that i can install the apk i downloaded. But when i install the apk It shows "App not installed". Also the app Chrome is allowed to install unknown apps.
I wish someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

One miui rom apps which are 64 bit will not install
I'm having trouble with Android 7.1.2 roms. i have a gt-8013 and did my first installation with android 7.1.2 using twrp-3.3.1. The roms install normally but when I try to install GApps I have problems. When installing GAPP, TWRP restarts in the middle of the installation. I've already downloaded several types of GApps (ARM, Android 7.x) but I always have the same problem. Can someone help me with this.

i am using the revolution remix ROM. Whenever I sideload gapps from the recovery it crashes, so instead I installed gapps by putting the zip file into the storage and it worked
Try Nano apps

When you talk about storage, I must consider an internal memory or micro SD. My attempts are always using Micro SD.
Anyway, thank you for the information, I will wait for this last information to test again the android 7.1.2 .
