Amazon Music deny rooted devices now [Android (Cyanogenmod 11) ] - General Questions and Answers

I have an old Smartphone : Samsung Galaxy S I9003.
I only use it to listen to Amazon Music.
On the device Cyanogenmod 11 is instatlled.
Since some Days, I got an message from Amazon-Music (inside of the app), that the Song could not be played, because the device is rooted.
Before some weeks there where no Problem with the same device, so it seems amazon has added this "feature" to his App now.
I've tried to install an older Version of Amazon-Music-App (7.9.2), but the same Message appears.
Question: Is there a way to downgrade the Amazon-Music-App, to make it work with the device again, or may they use Codepush, or some Kind of Server-Checking technology to figure out if my device is rooted.
If Downgrade is possible, since which version was the "root-checker" implemented in amazon-music-app?

I don't have this device (Samsung Galaxy SL I9003) and there's nothing I can see on the forum regarding your issue but, you do have a choice to obtain some member guidance within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device...
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1867905
... or you can always try to update your Custom Firmware to the following Unofficial LineageOS 14.1 that's specific to your device as well.

[Completed] MIUI Music Not Installing

Hi! So I'm using a Samsung galaxy a3 running android 5.0.2 non rooted. I was trying to install the apps MIUI music anf Amazon underground. Whenever I tried to install Amazon underground, I got the message "app not installed" with only the option *done" after about 5 seconds, and the same with MIUI music. So I uninstalled a few apps that I thought may be using the problem, and I was able to install Amazon, and reinstall them after. But when it came to MIUI music, it still wouldn't work. I've heard of a problem on lollipop not allowing 2 apps with the same permissions to exist on your device, so could this be it? I do have other music apps such as Spotify, deezer(both patched versions) and TinyTunes. I would greatly appreciate any help here.

As already pointed out in response to your previous posts in the XDA Assist area, the best approach is for you to ask your question with all relevant details in the Samsung Galaxy Alpha Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-alpha/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you. XDA Assist cannot provide direct technical support, and other members cannot reply to your post on here, sorry. Please be patient and give the experts in the Q&A thread plenty of time to respond.

Samsung j7 2017 (SM-J730F, normal version) root with custom rom LineageOS and knox

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this community and I own a galaxy j7 2017 phone with Android 7.0 running on it. As we know the j7 2017 pro will get the oreo uptade I wonder if the classic version will have it. 5I've searchd a lot about this and it seems that it will, big question is when). So I wonder, if not, would it be possible to root and flash the phone with a unofficial LineageOS rom running oreo without breaking the knox warranty bit and if there is any side effect if it's broken (like banking app impossible to use, issue while charging the phone,...)
Thanks

Can I get LineageOS 16 (or a more updated Android ROM) for SM-J100VPP?

I have a Samsung Galaxy J1 (SM-J100VPP), and I want to update it from Android Lollipop. The only ROM I found that might be usable was for the SM-J100H, and I don't know whether it compatible or not. Does anyone know of a ROM (preferably LineageOS 16) I can use for it?

I get An "x" inside the internet data symbol (ROOT DEVICE, CUSTOM ROM)

I have a Samsung Galaxy j3 2016 (root device)
His rom is custom: Team OctOS Nougat ROM . My problem is that the signal on the [Internet - Data] has long been making me the mark "x" when I open it and for that i cant access internet no way. Some times i dont have it, but most of the day it comes back. Does anyone know why it happens and what can I do ?. I thought it was a matter of Vodafone which blocks or track it or there is a technical problem of mine.?. I have tried many things like restore apn settings, or factory settings. I cant use ether a secret code because it shows me two errors: "Unkown Device" and IMEI problem.

How to downgrade from Pie to Oreo WITHOUT ROOT on Samsung A8 2018

My fiance accidentally upgraded her OS to pie and hates it because of the look & permissions required. She wants to go back to oreo but can't root because she plays pokemon go.
When we do this, she'll be installing an app I paid $5 for to permanently remove system upgrade requests on Samsung devices.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
