Quick reply list for non-native samsung texting app. How to modify? - Samsung Gear S3

I want to use Android messages on my Note 8 with the S3. It works! It allows me to reply and has a list of quick replies. BUT FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I can't find where to edit that list. It is a different list than the quick replies in the settings. Those work with the native samsung messages app. I want to use the Android so I can see my messages on my computer!
I have looked in the app, on the phone, on the watch app. Just can't find it!
Any help would be appreciated.

[Q] Forward sms via email, facebook or somthing else

I had a blackberry phone 9500, (stupid device) but there were a very useful thing:
I could forward sms via email or facebook or twitter etc. and vice versa, email via sms etc.
So now I want this option on my Samsung Galaxy S very, very much. I work messaging a lot and really need it.
Can somebody tell me something about this, because I searched this a week and I founded only automatic forward to email apps, also handcent app, what don't really has more functional options then the default program.
Thank you in advance!

[Q] Default messaging option?

I was thinking about getting the gear 2 for my birthday, but I saw it uses the built in Samsung messaging app. I use hangouts and like it alot better. Is there a way to change how you send messages on the gear? Can someone confirm that you can use hangouts instead of the default SMS app?
Thanks in advance!
-Nathan
You can use a 3rd party app to get the notification onto the watch. With the native Gear 2 app you can use a quick reply function with pre defined templates. That does imo not work with hangouts. With the 3rd party app Flexsy you can reply back from the watch.
Hope this helps!
Thank You! That definitely gives me a good idea of how the messaging works! I gave you a thanks on your post!

Quick reply templates on Whatsapp

Hi guys,
Is there a way to change the default quick reply messages when I receive a Whatsapp notification on my Gear S2?
I've added my own message templates via the Quick Messages settings within my phone's Gear app, but these don't seem to apply to Whatsapp.
Any ideas?
+1 silly why it's not one quick reply list.

did you find out how to do it, have the same issue here
I've just been trying to change this too but thought it was weird that the recent templates I added weren't in the list. That's said, the experience seems enhanced somehow for WhatsApp as I can see the person's avatar plus a cute little animation when I read the message so I wonder if something proprietary exists underneath that doesn't refer to the default list.
Unbelievable that Samsung isn't actively doing much about this.
It's been almost 1 year since the OP posted this. I'm guessing people have given up on Samsung.
Quick Reply list is messed up. Not even related to the template we have configured in Gear Manager. Worst part is there's some bogus foreign language option showing up in the Quick Reply list.
Here's the bogus Quick Reply option (shows up twice in the Quick Reply list):
{A la llibreta d'adreces d'Android, assegura't ߘÀ002004ߘހv que tots els grups de contactes (Amics, Família, etc.) siguin “visibles”

Still have no idea how to change the stock WhatsApp reply messages on my Gear S2 Classic.
Another year passed and I still didn't find any solution... Anyone?

Whatsapp quick reply messages

Hi!
I just bought my gear s3 frontier, but I want to customize my quick reply messages of Whatsapp.... Is there a way? Because I can add new ones on normal SMS....but not in Whatsapp....
Help!
Thanks
Even i am looking for this answer.
After adding custom "quick replies", i am not seeing them when responding to whatsapp messages. Just seeing the default ones which came with the watch.
i am looking for the answer too. Cant find yet.
There is no a way right now
Try using W-history for whatsapp or notifications wear style app.
I have customised reply's and can use them for the above apps.
Did anyone find a fix for this. I have fit 2 and cannot use my custom responses on whatsapp

Galaxy Wearable v2.2.23 Quick responses

Have just updated my phone to the latest version of Galaxy Wearable when I needed to change some of my quick responses for messages on my watch. The option to edit these on my phone seems to have disappeared. You can still do it on your watch slowly within the app. I have come up with the following alternative option to edit them using your phone.
Open Galaxy Wearable on your phone
Open Apps
Click on the cog next to Messages
Now you can edit your quick responses on your phone.
I hope this is helpful to others that would rather type on their phone instead of the watch.
Open Galaxy Wearable on your phone
Open Apps
Click on the cog next to Messages
Now you can edit your quick responses on your phone.
Click the cog next to Messages opens messages, but NOT ANY responses. You maybe missing something.
After update on phone, this app removed this option on the phone. Does anybody knows why Samsung sabotage their initial application?
