I keep getting stuck on phone carrier logo when booting. Anyone have an idea on what to do? thanks

so yeah went to install a lag fix it rebooted my phone and now im stuck at the splash logo and it wont start the os :/ dont know what to do please help!

Flashed the basic_debloated rom and am stuck at the HTC logo now for one hour. Any ideas how to get out of this?
I've pulled the battery and gone to recovery, did a factory reset and still nothing but the logo.
Hope it's not a brick...
I tried to fix my phone Moto Milestone
first I did is restore my back up files then re-boot
then I got stuck on cyanogenmod boot logo it keeps repeating

im not sure where i made a wrong turn but my v20 is stuck at the LG boot logo..IM trying to get back into twrp.twrp is installed but it wont boot into it or anything else for that matter.

My phone will boot up to the boot logo saying powered by tracfone. will not past that. also when trying to boot into recovery it will boot to the first screen then black out and never boot into recovery. if anyone has had this issue before and has a way to fix it without having to send my phone in please help. I'm usually pretty good with things but this has me stumped
