I am looking for an app for browsing,asking queries for flashing related issues.Earlier i used to do it with my phones browsers but i am now looking for an app can anyone suggest any app for it i have tried using xda community app from playstore but even after signing in it doesn't get my subscribed threads from xda

Try xda labs full version from here (https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/labs-t3241866) or use Tapatalk from Playstore

Ok, last update is 2010 for the free version and 2011 for the paid version, so... maybe only an incompatibility since you have the issue also on your One after a new Android version...
There is a comment on my Play Store, with Android 4.4.2 the app doesn't work...
Try to mail the dev?

Sometimes I found once mounted in root explorer, other apps that need r/w suddenly worked too

They are not giving it to you, they are giving it to developers so they can make their apps comply even before it is officially released to users.

Appsgeyser is a app engine but is really not usefull for making apps for forums.
I would love to tell you a free way to make a forum app like XDA developers forum app but i have to tell you that it is only possible ( from what i know now ) to make it using Tapatalk.
U make a forum with a forum software like V-Bulletin and you have directly your app!
So there are two ways :
1. Tapatalk ~ look on the site for which forum platforms are compatible and checkout or learn more
2. V-Bulletin ~ this is a very expensive forum platform that you can use to get a directly forum app with it or you can apply it to tapatalk manually

Its a multi solution site.
You can post your problem of any electronic device android.ios.firefox.chrome.windows.linux.mac etc and deves from all over cxdavwill help you
