Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Unfortunately, I cannot find any, not even any hint of one for that model. There is a discussion of it for its T-Mobile cousin (5020T), but since there is no custom product, I don't think that will be of any use to you.

Has anyone got Stock Rom for Alcatel Pop 4 (5051x) and could send me it.
Because i Installed a theme and now it won't boot past the alcatel text.
