I have LG G Pro 2 " LG-F350L " and I forgot my backup pin and unfortunately the phone not connected to Wifi or net Data so I can't remove it using google and many programs don't support this G Pro 2,
the data on my phone is very important to me so I can't format it,
Please give me any solution guys I really need the whole data as soon as impossible,

I have i BIG problem!!! I have my LG G PRO 2 pattern locked, i forgot my backup PIN, i have a valid Google account installed on the phone, but no data or Wifi are "on" (so i cant' acces my google account). I installed Android SKD tools, it's working, but i can't find my devices to enable Wifi with sdk tools. I try to install Google USB Driver but the error "Android adb interface - This device cannot start. (code 10)" occured. PLEASE help me! What can i do? I don't want to hard reset the device, because i have alots of precious photos and videos with my 7 months old son (he was conceived with IVF - so any memory af him is very important for us - he's mother and me!!!). the service centre says to factory reset all settings as there may be a software issue

Hello guys i backed up my data via samsung smart switch to my sd card and i also locked my data via smart switch and after that i rooted my phone and then when i want ro restore it says for password to restore data but i forgot that now i also visited customer service but didnt get any solution my data is very important life saving data u can say kindly help me the files are enc filesue

You can recover credentials from PC
If you have a PC or laptop than download the setup from anywhere e.g. i use https://filesmint.com/samsung-smart-switch/. Install it and after this you will see dialog box as well as system tray icon.
You can right click on it's icon and sign in to your account. There you will select forget option and use recovery details to restore your account through mobile or email address. :good:

I'm trying to access my phone with correct password but i found that work profile is enabled with different lock screen password i didn't set any work profiles before when i searched for that problem i found that using cloned apps make work profile to be enabled automatically
Now my phone is locked with an important data on it So, I really do hope there is a way to get access to those data. And I'd be extremely grateful if someone could help me out with this.
There are many tools for this purpose available for windows and the most common way is by adb tools

when trying to remove the screenlock the phone suddenly crach and restarted when the phone opens again it tells me to enter the pattern which i already removed with a notification on lockscreen says ''some functionality may be limited tap to unlock work profile'' now i can't access my phone and factory reset is not an option.
