Answer to myself
Turn on flight mode
Clear Google service framework, Google play service and Google.
Disable phone permission on Google play service.
Turn off flight mode them immediately connect to a US VPN.
(Optional) in case action service or Google play service complains about missing phone permission, long press and suppress them.
Done. Now Feeds should be back.
then action services no more function.

just like the screenshot of my phone. Recently(June 2) I could not use and could not enable the location history. When I click the "Location History is off", nothing happened.

I have tried:
1. Verify my google account has enabled the service(location history). I logged in my google account on other devices and could use the location history service.
2. Other user account logged on my Mate8 could not use the location history.( they could use the location history on their device)
3. Tried different versions of google map on Mate 8. no use
I side loaded GMS successfully and also suppressed error notification and iceboxed GSF to allow push notification.
One issue I noticed recently with some of my non google apps will prompt an error like below screenshot. Although I have enabled Location service and granted the app permission too. Anyone experienced the same with any other app?
p/s: I have waze and google maps and other apps working perfectly with gps location. Just certain apps are unable to retrieve location.

I have the same problem too. Any news about a possible solution?
Hello !
I discovered a banal way for people who do not want to play soft adb root combiners etc. A banal solution. Accidentally playing with the Android Hidden Setting application by common tools found the option to enable mms without date in the mobile settings. !! This option appears only when DATA TRANSMISSION is OFF !! The method works even after restarting and uninstalling the application, it is safe, fast and simple! It should work on any Samsung, not with what csc! greetings
link to the application from the google play store:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jami.tool.hiddensetting

Done. Thanks.
I've been getting recurring Pop Ups of Google Smart Lock that's annoying as hell.
It might be related to some app requesting Google Login but I can't remember when it started popping up. I have tried uninstalling apps but it hasn't helped.
Some time the pop ups are so frequent that I can't get any work done, like it must have popped up at least 20 times while typing this post.
Any suggestions other than to reset device?

Temporarily disable Google play Services and/or gmail. I eanble them only when needed on my N10+'s running on P and Q.
Android R and above are much worse with nuisance popups than the former.
