[PROBLEM] AUX disconnects and reconnects at high volume. - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone!
Whenever I play my music in the car through the AUX at highest volume, depending on the bass, the music stops playing as the phone disconnects and reconnects the AUX.
I've boosted headphones output using mixer paths, and there are no problems with stock sound.
Is there a service that I can disable or something that would stop this annoying thing? I love listening to music at max volume.

[Q] Is my headphone jack ruined?

I bought some JVC headphones that are high quality and the sound is really clear after a while i notice when i plug them in my Sensation the sound is terrible it sounds like a pair of 5 dollar headphones with no bass, it was working fine what gives?
Wait... So you were using the headphones in Sensation fine for some time, but then this suddenly happened? Try them in another device to see if it's a problem with headphones. You can also turn on SRS/Equalizer in Music settings.
Did the sound get worse after answering a call and going back to the music app? Does the problem get fixed when you reboot the phone? If so, disconnect the headphone, play music through the speaker and connect the headphone back while the music is playing. It should get fixed. If you have a headset, while listening to music, you can press the main button twice (as to redial a call) and then immediately cancel the call. It should give you back the good sound.

How can you stop music from playing from phone speaker when bluetooth disconnects?

When my bluetooth headset dies, the music starts blaring out the phone speaker. Is there any way to stop the music if the headset dies instead of having it play out the speaker? I can't find any option for it in the settings for Android or bTunes and there doesn't seem to be anything in the market for this.
Headset: Plantronics Backbeat Go
Phone: Atrix 4G (Nottachtrix 1.3.1, Faux123 1.45GHz)
Music Player: bTunes

UHQ Upscaler problem

Hello everyone im having issues when using Upscaler. The issue is when playing musing sometimes im getting a strange sound only lasting for milisecond.
Im able to reproduce it in poweramp where you can click on track line to play from any specific part of the song.
Not sure if this is the same problem or not, but i have a crackling sound.
It happens with both pocket casts and google play music. Everything will be fine, then a new podcast or song will start and all of a sudden the speaker turns to garbage, horrible crackling sound. If i plug in headphones and toggle the upscaler on and off, then unplug my headphones, the speaker works fine again.
I have to do this every couple of days. Anyone have that issue as well?
For me the issue was caused by having Adapt Sound enabled (which is simply adaptive EQ) & UHQ at the same time.
UHQ amplifies the harsher frequencies already amplified by Adapt Sound. For music, it's not a problem. I do, however, have to disable both for podcasts etc...

Can barely hear vocal track when using headphones

Very bizarre problem developed:
The lead vocal track when playing any audio is barely audible through headphones. The instrumentals sound fine, but then when the lead audio enters, it almost sounds as if it is eminating from a distant echo chamber. Background vocals sound louder. Doesn't seem to matter what the source or app is. I can listen to a podcast and the lecturer/speaker is also inaudible. The problem doesn't exist with BT streaming or when playing through the speaker. The headphones work fine in other hardware.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
is your plug plugged in correctly? maybe some dust got in your 3.5mm jack

anything i'm missing as far as increasing volume?
Can you play music on the watch through the watch speaker ?
I do and I can get it through the Bluetooth headsets, just a low sound even with the volume turned all the way up.
