Sir... VoLTE Is Not Working ?

Bricked
installed the Rom and got my device bricked. And is it really an official ROM?????

Issues
I installed the rom, but there is too much lag can anyone help me or suggest any different rom which has volte and which is very smooth.

Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on Ground Zero Open Source Project (GZOSP) and brings custom features with the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of "Making you feel like 家".
