I received the same update this morning on a TA-1068 that I am using in the USA (AT&T).

I think I'd rather wait for the NVIDIA SHIELD now.
Here is the direct update.zip August 2017 OTA update file for Nokia 3. This file was pulled from Nokia 3 TA-1032.
If you still haven't received this update, you can flash manually using recovery.

Here also, it has one difference then C636. Huawei Wallet pre-installed app. Don't know why it installed now on Europe model, because it's only available in HK and CH. Maybe soon also in EU?
Just updated my S21+ to QU2AUCC - No release notes yet, so no details as to what is new in this OTA Update. The Security Update is still dated April 1, 2021.
If anyone comes across the release notes or details for this "Interim" version, please post them here.

AT&T Release Notes:
Nokia 5.3 started receiving Android 12 update not so long ago on selected markets, and now the update is available
for more markets around the globe. Folks from Finland, Egypt, India and Sri Lanka are reporting receiving the update
which is marked as V3.400.
