Hi. My gear fit 2 pro stopped counting steps, measure HR, even wake-on gesture stopped working. I realised that happened after firmware update june/july.
I contacted samsung UK. They Told me that watch is still on warranty but, because i didn't buy in UK they cannot help me.
They said that is firmware issue after update.
I'm looking for firmware before June 2018, I would like to try flash with Odin WiFi, I just need to downgrade a firmware
Can anyone help me?

The firmware upgrade without a technician is too risky, Sometimes it can damage your phone. Do you really want,s to do it?

I flashed an unbranded UK April S7 firmware from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/, and since haven't received the june update that released about a month ago, any help?
Also is it normal to have apps like samsung pay in the uk firmware?
Have you installed also the csc file? I had that problem of not receiving OTA and it was because i did not put the four files in ODIN.
ps: i used the CSC and not the home_csc version
ps 2: I flashed the Australian version

Hmm seems unusual, I suggest you go to the Sony Mobile forums and ask there. :silly:
Hello guys,
I bought my brand-new Samsung S10e this year in early July and I havent received any update since the January 2020 security patch, which I assume was installed when the phone was manufactured. I was wondering if there's any issue with my firmware or anything. I have seen some recommendations for firmware flashing, I am a bit freaked out about it as I have never done it and I dont want to brick the phone. Additionally my phone is the US variant (Snapdragon) and New Zealand where I live has Exynos for the Default, further convincing me that the phone might have no compatible firmware for where I live to receive updates. I also read that it is not possible for Snapdragon to be rooted and so I was wondering if I could get comfirmation as to whether or not I could use custom ROMs. Any help, suggestions, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated, I am desperate for anything.
Phone model number: Galaxy S10e SM-G970U 128GB
Thanks in advance

Your best option is to download SamFirm 5.0 and download SM-G970U1 firmware XAA code. Youll get updates then. Search how to use SamFirm and tutorial how to flash with patched Odin.

Someone please help me, I just got a galaxy watch 4 bluetooth from india and the csc was INU
I don't know how all this works and just wanted samsung pay so I followed the instructions and changed the code to MEA and UAE country and got samsung pay.
Now I read that my warranty would be void as I change my CSC code and that I won't receive OTA updates anymore also functions like Call and Text on other devices are not available on the watch anymore.
I am freaking out!
I want to revert to the original INU India CSC.
Please help me what to do , I think I have spoilt my device otherwise as I will no longer have warranty or OTA support anymore.

That's strange because you get OTAs otherwise. Do you have the bluetooth or LTE version?

Depends a little on what is happening.
If you don't get an OTA download, but you see on SamFirm that there is an new firmware for your phone. This can sometimes happen, in that case one way to resolve it is to download the new firmware from a reliable source and flash the phone with Odin. Once done it generally resolves itself, and the next OTA just works normally.
If there aint a new firmware for your phone like its a carrier specific version for your phone, then your out of luck, as you will have to wait for your carrier to make it available. Now in this case there are sometimes options, like i had one phone with a carrier software, but i could also flash the regions general firmware that was available, or one from an other european country. But how this works for your country, you will have to look that up.

Thanks bro i usually download with friza and never encountered any issues but il take your suggestion...my device is open and unlocked we in india dont get carrier locked devices bro...also can u share a valid and reliable link for sm-s908e with ins as region...thanks bro
For unlocked devices the upgrades usually take longer because they need to be sure that it will work with all possible carriers. As an example, I have a carrier unlocked device in Argentina and only 2 days ago I finally received the Android 13 update. So, did you checked in the official pages that there is a new version for your phone?

Maybe handy to look up on YouTube to see how the process goes, if you dont feel confident in doing this, maybe they can do it at some phone repair shop or something similar.
There should also be a lot of Indian people who wrote about flashing the rom of you phone in your own language.
