Notifications on lockscreen

Hello,
I am new to this forum and new to my view 10.
I recently noticed when receiving messages they are not visible on my lockscreen.
No icons in the top left, no messages below the big clock.
I tried both solutions from
Notifications are hidden
and
Notifications on lock screen - how to unhide content?
they did not solve my problem.
Circumstances:
tried: Notifications management -> 3 dots -> disable and enable "Display all notifications"
tried: disable "Display all notifications" - reboot - enable
using fingerprint + pin to unlock
no face unlock setup
Could this be affected by the lockscreen emui theme?
Hope someone can help me.

I also have this issue, tried all of the above and still no notifications on lock screen... quite annoying.

I found a solution for me.
It actually really depends on the emui lockscreen design you set. I guess that implementing notification is left to the designer of the theme, so some have them and some dont.
I can recomend designs from https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-7x/themes/stock-oreo-theme-v0-1-t3738855 , they work mostly.

if it is inbuilt theme (stock), it works fine.
other themes dont support

Alert Slider When Screen Off

Hi all,
I remember from the 5T that when moving the alert slider, the sound profile was shown on the screen even when the screen was off. Now when I change profiles, there's nothing. Anyone knows why? Or how to enable it? Can't find anything in the settings and I liked it.

Wake up screen on Notifications

Hi, I m trying to find the wake up on notifications settings that is present on my p30 pro, but not on the p30. Can someone help me?

Settings > Notifications > More Notification Settings > Notifications turn on Screen
It's possible you might need to disable Magazine screen lock, different settings seem to disappear depending on having others enabled or disabled

On the p30 pro, there are in the menu That you say. On the p30, no

May be custom theme (lock screen style).
Custom lock screen style causes this

Thank you I confirm that was the magazine lock screen and the lock screen personalization.
Solved!

Wish there was an option to only wake up screen for only certain type of notifications.
I could achieve this if I disable notifications completely for those that I don't want screen to wake up for but then I'd lose notifications for those that didn't wake up screen. If you catch my drift.

I am not seeing the Magazine Option

Seeking Solutions for missing notification LED on Mate 30 /Mate 30 Pro Series

Yo,
i already gave the "new" AOD in EMUI10 a try and so far its working fine, Messenger and Mail Notifications are shown next to the clock when AOD is enabled. Theres also a option to set a timer for AOD to disable it at night.
But im looking for a AOD-Notification only when receiving a Message/Notification because i really dont need the AOD running all the time.
I know there´s a app called aodnotify for Samsung devices, eventually somebody knows a similar app or solution and can provide a small guide?

Some problem with notification on lock screen

Hi,
I have some problem with the notification on the lock screen.
Without notification led, I decided to use the animation for have an indication of notification on the lock screen.
Unfortunately it's don't really work, the most of the time there is no animation when I receive a notification, do you have any idea of why ?
Another problem is that when I turn on the screen I see three times the same message why ?

To use the ambient display and for animated notifications you have to disable battery saving

its kinda useless. it flashes once when you get the notification.

try use pixel pulse from playstore
