So where's the official thread? I got the download notice and installed right away. Without finding an official thread, I had to find a fix for the Bluetooth issue on my own but, other than that it's pretty stable.

As a type of Unspoken Rule, the threads for its predecessor typically continues to the new version until/unless the OP Developer changes the title or states otherwise.
For the time being, you should use the following Official LineageOS 14.1 thread for the klte devices.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3476433
Good Luck!

Hello, this is my first post here haha
I've been thinking about rooting my OnePlus 3T and then i remembered how i did it with the Galaxy Y.
I remember rooting my Samsung Galaxy Y with an update package. Is there anything like that available for the OnePlus 3T?
It would be much easier to just do an update than flashing a custom recovery like TWRP.
Thanks in advance
Edit: I know how to root my phone but i'm looking for an easier method.

I don't have this device but, the following area of the forum is specific to your device.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t
With that stated...
The following, device specific, threads should be helpful for what you are looking for and don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within one of them.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3607555
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3551602
If all else fails, and you don't receive any responses from the above threads, your next best bet is to post this question within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device.

Hello,
This is my first time posting, and I am doing so because I am out of other options. I have looked everywhere for a non-paid site to have the firmware I need, and it has seemingly vanished from all free sources, including past threads on this site. Hopefully someone sees this post and either has the firmware, or can help in me getting it somehow. I am looking for the UCKK6 firmware for the SGH-i777
Thanks In Advance,
Marshall Driver

I don't have this device but, I do understand your frustration since SamMobile had stopped the free download for the Firmware (they did the same for the S3 as well).
Here's the device specific area of the forum that's specific to your device.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2-att
Here's 2 links that has Stock Firmware downloads for your specific device.
https://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?record=4934EC44291911E6949E0CC47A44B7B2
https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=38928
There may be other locations within the Device Specific area of the forum and elsewhere but, I hope that those available downloads are what you're looking for.
Good Luck!

I see official 15.1 for klte is now online. Has someone started a forum for it? Can't seem to find it.

What is the procedure for switching over? I currently have SUPERLIGHT Rom on 4.4.2 but some guides said I should be on stock firmware.
Does that mean I should be on I535VRUDNE1 4.4.2 (2014 June)?

You don't need to be in the stock Firmware. Your best bet to switch over is to ask for some member guidance within the following General Q&A Magisk thread.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3432382
I never switched before and I can only provide a best guess but, if I did want to switch, that would be the place I would ask.
Good Luck!

Well I think it won't work because the Verizon Galaxy S3 has a locked bootloader.
After hours of reading and testing, it seems that because we only have Safestrap (which for some reason errors/fails when I flash Magisk in Safestrap recovery) we can't successfully flash Magisk.
I think we need real TWRP for it to work.
*edit: Scratch that, it really won't work because Magisk requires Android 5.0 and above.... Is that possible on the Galaxy S3?
Confirm this on the Magisk thread before taking my word for it...
I believe that Starting from Magisk v16.7, it began to require only a min of Android 4.1 (JellyBean).

I see. I'd like to apologise for my prejudice. I hope it will be moved to its right section.
Until then, I'll test your work soon. Looks promising though I hope there would be more details.
No problem man I'm just new. work is stable but just wanted to compile and slap on the net cause of being lazy. If support grows and there are wishes for it I can of course make flashable zips which are user friendly. My main goal is to research about kernel development and make a slim kernel/debloated for stability and performance. However that is still WIP as for now development is stock untouched both kernel and rom. Im also having issues with space management but maybe in the future will setup a buildbot on cloud triggered by commits all is possible. As for now as I said was hoping for some support as I'm alone in this. Thanks for the good words
ive extracted fw+vendor 14-02-019 9.0 because i have seen noone update lately. you can get it from my channel
*another update* 70hz on extremekernel never worked for my device. i have compiled kernel r158 from extremekernel sources unofficially with 69hz and my device is working stable with it. get the flashable zip from my channel and let me know if it works for you too
I am running a kernel experiment please participate in the poll
Not updating this thread anymore. Double work. Many updates with details on channel. Check out
development will be in a closed group only. reworked soon on development forum
