Nothing yet for the CMR-W19, still on 8.0.0.156(C567).

You're welcome. Thought it'd be nice for others to let them know. More updates on the MediaPad M5, than there were on my old MediPad M2 already.

On the CMW-W09 it has been bugging me about the update. Unfortunately the OTA fails as I have magisk. Looks like I'll have to flash the original boot, OTA, then patch boot again.

Might even be the case you have to roll back to full stock by applying a full update.app in case you changed anything on system. Original boot didn't help in my case as the OTA still reported an altered system image, telling me it had unexpected contents, even though I never altered it at all.

maybe you allowed system modifications in twrp by swiping right? that was my mistake on the xiaomi MI a1. BTW with the update the multi-touch bug is gone. Neat side effect which wasn't mentioned in the changelog. Seems like Germany was one of the first markets to try out the new update. I like it

8.0.0.169 (c185) is out on my device.

There is somewhere here a guide and a zip you can use and flash a OTA via TWRP. I did that with 8.0.0.161 because he showed me no update. And it didn't bother magisk at all.

I received this update today... Only Google security patches. No GPU Turbo.View attachment 4605226

M5 pro just receive 173 update with no gpu turbo...

I've the M5 10.8 I just received update cmr-w09 8.0.0.181 (C432) and it says in the changelog that it added gpu turbo and the August security update.
I've the dutch version, sorry I'm a newbie don't know how to attach a screenshot

As always it's a staged Roll-Out. Might need up to. a week until it arrives at everybody's MediaPad. Keep checking in settings manually. Maybe that way it'll arrive a little bit earlier.

Hello, I have a MT7-L09 and I researched that it is from Malaysia, when I received it came with android 4 and I try to update it with a number of roms stock coming from different regions but if not the rom of your region your phone will not install it and not Nothing happens you just have to try another and another until you find the one that is for your phone. Currently I have found several that work perfectly on my phone and I am on android 6 EMUI 4.

Yeasterday I got new firmwareupdate "BAH-W19 8.0.0.138(C432)" . It contains securitypatches from sept 2018.
Update tooks only some minutes. All works fine.

I got new firmwareupdate "BAH-W19 8.0.0.161(C432)". The size was 579MB.
It contains securitypatches from Nov 2018, changes in the screenrecorder and should faster start mainstremapps - whatever that means.
Update tooks ten minutes.

Have they returned a multiuser support?

I have not found any effective changes. No muliusersupport is absent.

Yesterday updated to BAH2-W19 8.0.0.163(C432)
The size was 108MB.
It contains securitypatches from Dec 2018. Update tooks fife minutes.

Arrived today 8.0.0.167 (C432) in germany,...

What's new? Securitypatch or something else?

Updated to BAH2-W19 8.0.0.176(C432) in germany.
The size was 91MB.
It contains securitypatches from Feb 2019. Update tooks five minutes.

Today i got build BAH-W19 8.0.0.217 in germany.

But no news of EMUI 9.1 ?
And EMUI 10 has been announced but no idea if Mediapad series will be updated...

Does everyone believe, that our Mediapad m5 lite does received Q, if we didn't receive Pie till this moment?
In this moment I didn't want bet, that be really received Pie....

Just received 8.0.0218 security patch 1st August 2019

Got today patch "bah2-w19 8.0.0.218" in Germany. 473mb it took a long time to patch. Android 8.0.0

I got today the update "bah2-w19 8.0.0.227(ocec432)" in germany. 142mb fast installed.

Hey I am still on emui 8 and I know there is an update for the Chinese version but has anyone else gotten the 9 update for the international version yet?
My current version is MHA-L29 8.0.0.376(C567)

Hi there. Same here, have the US region Mate 9 C567 and still on Emui 8 376 with November 2018 security patch. Seems like for our phone there's only the 377 update (April security patch) approved and some got it. I didn't yet. No news about Emui 9 for us...

Hye guys,
So i just got myself an xperia 5 II XQ - AS72 256 5g dual sim variant from HK.
I noticed that it's still on the august 1st , 2020 security update and on my xperia 1 II it's already on October.
Was wondering all of y'all are also on the same security patch / firmware ? As it's kinda odd for it to still be backdated.
Current firmware version : 58.0.A.10.3
