How to unlock? The phone is bought in Italy but I want to use it in Russia

Recently my dad upgraded his Galaxy Note3 SM-N9005 (simlocked to H3G UK) to 4.4.2 Polish Rom N9005XXUENB1 XEO
Somewhere it has been said that changing the CSC to the correct region will fix the NFC Issues however when using the CSC changer it does not contain any CSC region codes for the United Kingdom. Could someone please help me to change the region code to one for the United Kingdom or supply me with a NFC Fix for the Polish Rom.

I'm also from Belgium and I bought the HK version from eglobalcentral.nl. Didn't have any issues, phone is unlocked and everything works as it should, even volte works perfectly

Great, can You also tell what about multilanguage support? I know that US version has only English language. What about 9700?
Hi guys, I bought my note 10 in Italy but it was a french versions, and it was brended BOG (a french carrier). I've flashed a multi-CSC firmware and now I have ITV/ITV,ITV/BOG in the phone settings and I think it's ok. The problem it's in the app phone info, downloaded from the play store, there I have Current CSC: ITV (Italy No brand) and CSC Firmware: XEF (France No brand). I'd like to know if OTA updates will come or I have to do something else. Thank you to everyone will answer

I have a Fold2 adquired in Germany, and what a surprise that can't use Samsung pay (it appears in German language), and I've told that will not work in Spain.
As I'm telling you now I'm living in Spain and I would like to change the firmware to a PHE official stock.
I tried Odin, flashing an PHE official stock but does not work after properly instalation.
The CSC is F916BOXM1BTJB
Not tried to insert a local sim yet !
Can you please provide a tutorial to convert my german Fold2 into a PHE version and then expecting to work properly Samsung Pay ?
